This purchase turned out to be such a nightmare for me. The mounting points where you secure the dishwasher to the cabinets are too low on this model so that when there is any weight in the machine the whole thing falls forward out of the cabinet when you pull the door open. I have quartz countertops so was unable to secure the product from above (according to the instruction manual this would not be necessary). The machine is unusable but Best Buy refused to let me return or exchange it because my request for help took longer than two weeks - I was out of my home for 3 weeks while renovations were taking place. I spent hours on the phone and they basically refused to budge from their two week return policy, even though if I had bought the machine one week later they would have given me more than 2 months to return it. The experience overall was terrible.

By far the worst dishwasher I've ever used. This brand is supposed to be a luxury item but its just a nightmare. The worst instruction manual ive ever come across. If you do somehow manage to get it installed get ready to memorize what butoons mean what because zline is too pompous so just write out what they do. Everyday i feel like im solving a indiana jones mystery just to wash dishes. Spacially the racks make absolutely no sense. There are plate racks on the bottom that dont fit regular plates. Anything taller than 8in hits the spinning spayer, which in turn means nothing on the top rack gets washed. Spacially nothing fits on the racks. All the dishes just end up sitting on top of the racks so barely anything fits. The silverware bin is too small as and poorly placed in the middle leaving no room for larger dishes on either side. When you do finally figure out the pictogram washing machine and you have washed you extremely small load of dishes which are partially washed you will open the washer at the end of the cycle only to find that your dishes are always wet not matter what heating pictogram you push. The heated dry does not work. Ultimately Ill tell you this, i never write reviews, im pretty easy going and can put up with an inconvenience or 2 and still be happy but this so called dishwasher angers me so bad that i just cant bear to have someone else buy this piece of garbage.

This is the only dishwasher that would fit in the space under the counter. Even though it is a little smaller it appears to hold more dishes, glasses, and other items than our old dishwasher. The dishwasher is very quite and does a nice job cleaning and drying the dishes.

I've had several dishwashers before, but this one, my most recent unit, is something else. Has a compact top control panel, which is new to me, a sleek exterior finish that easily camouflages the dishwasher, and it operates quietly, which is my favorite quality. I truly believe I made the right decision buying this instead of the one from LG.

Even with untrained eyes, I can tell this dishwasher is hard-wearing and durable. It's obvious the designer put most of their efforts in making this dishwasher more heavy-duty than pretty. I can also see the added efficiency in water consumption, which is I think the most important feature.

We've never had a dishwasher for more than two years. When our previous unit broke down we decided it's better to make it a practice to wash our dishes by hand. But we eventually grew tired of doing it so we're back to having a machine help us with kitchen chores. True enough, it's more convenient that way and sometimes I think this dishwasher does a better job to be honest.

My friend from work showed me this site when I told him we're renovating our kitching and we needed a few appliances a few months ago, and I'm thankful that he did because this is where we buy our kitchen stuff now. This dishwasher is one of the first few items we bought and I'm still impressed by it simplicity and high performance. I think this brand is so underrated.
