    Can't ever connect to WiFi

    Got this cameras without reading any reviews. The one page instructions say these should be super fast to connect to the wifi within just (under 5 minutes). I have called my internet provider we have the needed wifi connection and still. I have attempted to contact the ZMODO customer service which seems to be non -existent over the phone is always over one hour wait, online i have tried more than 5 times and either no one ever picks up the chat or if you do after like 45 they act like they are way to too busy to pay attention to your issue. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE none has been any help from Zmodo at all. I doubt that after 3 months these useless cameras can be returned.

      Would you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

      Would you please make sure that you have a 2.4GHz WPA/WPA2 WiFi network. If you have a dual-band router, make sure that the 5GHz and 2.4GHz wireless signals broadcast a different SSID.

      Make sure your password do not includes any special characters. Also, could you please try to see if there is a solid blue light inside the non-networking cameras,

      If there is a solid blue light, please tap the "+" on the top right side of the App and select "wireless device" to add the device in LAN; If the light is blinking green, that means your product is defective, please let us know if you would like a replacement.

    Not what I hoped

    I had high hopes for this small system. But a bit difficult to figure out the set up as I had one sheet that explained the set up but I ended up having to go to their website to have a better understanding on how to get it all configured. I'm not sure if it's a setting but the video quality does not meet my expectation as it seemed very pixelated.

    I tried these cameras, they were at a great price , but i decided to return them and find something else. They are not bad for the price

    This set of security cameras is just what we needed. We love them and loved the price. Money well spent and I definitely recommend this product.

    Worked Well for awhile

    I bought this system on May 31st. Despite it being wireless I had to hire an electrician to place the outside camera. I was fine with all of that and for a while it worked quite well. After a couple of months it started to turn the hard drive off any time it lost contact with the wireless. This continued up until this past week when the harddrive quit functioning entirely. I am still getting alerts from the cameras to tell me there is movement, but there is no way for me to access the video or to record anything that is happening.

    Great price for the system

    I purchase this system a couple months ago. The setup was simple and the image looks fine. I like the 1TB hdd which allows me record about 50 days footage. I will also go for the other Zmodo products if I need in the future.
