After I setup works great, good sound at the touch of the door bell and good image quality.

I have seen this wireless doorbell cam on multiple websites not just Best Buy but the thing that made buy it from the Best Buy website is because I have purchased things off of the Best Buy website before and this time when I was reading the specs on the device it said battery power so that what led me to believe that it was powered by battery because they also had two different models of the same camera on their website saying that the other one was electricity powered so I check the model numbers and it was two different model number so I did believe what the website had said about one model was ran by battery power and the other model was ran by electric power so I ordered the model that was powered by battery when I got it in the mail it was ran by electricity immediately returned it back to Best Buy very disappointed with their descriptions of the item

I really like my Greet Doorbell. One of the few things that I don't like is that you can't adjust the motion detectors range. So I get a lot of motion alerts from cars driving by.

I purchased this and I recently moved into my new home and will be installing it shortly. I'm looking forward to using this. I have other zmodo products and love them!

More than half the price of ring.com and does pretty much the same thing. Easy and simple hook up to existing doorbell wires.

Works well. Occasionally motion videos don't load. And unlike more expensive models, this one doesn't allow for connection to IFTTT like others.

I had to sadly return camera cause it won't mount on the siding of my townhouse I live at.

The picture quality could be a little better and at night the candlelight capability could be improved.

I bought this doorbell cam to safeguard all the Christmas packages I ordered online; and to weed out solicitors from friends and neighbors. So far I haven't installed it because I didn't realize you needed an existing hard wired doorbell to install off of. Hopefully by Spring I'll be able to find a handyman who can do the installation. I hope it works???

I kind of expected that it might not work with our doorbell but I did not expect a app requirement and monitoring monthly charge.

He doorbell was annoying to setup and somtimes did not work with my other cameras. Also the settings for when cars go by didot adjust it would keep going off

Did not work at all. I returned it and bought a Ring.

This doorbell was not useful for me, it needed additional part that I couldn't find.

Packages have gone missing from several porches on our block recently, so I bought this doorbell camera to keep an eye on things. Install went well, and now I can see the front door anytime from my phone. I keep the alerts off unless I'm expecting a delivery. I'm glad that I can adjust that. Video is not bad, and I can't wait for someone to ring our bell and hear me talk through the doorbell.

I wish I had paid attention to the physical dimensions. It's huge! Seriously, it's 5 inches by almost 3 inches. So big that it stands out obnoxiously, and does not look like a door bell. Even if it works well, it's so big that I don't want to mount it on my door.

Setup was easy - I followed the instructions provided. The phone app is great, it alerts me when someone is at my door and I love the two way audio feature!

First, the doorbell would not start up. I thought it was a power issue so I tested the lines and re-ran them, the doorbell finally came up and then went down 2 hrs later. It's like clockwork, once it's up for a few hours it then shuts off. Doorbell was awesome when it was actually working but really upset that it no longer works.
