First time breadmaker and the first loaf and everyone since has come out like I was Martha Stewart! Couldn't be more pleased with the options, ease of use and finished bread. Have tried several different recipes and everyone has turned out perfect looking and tasting. Would highly recommend. I am a Zojirushi fan now! Only one issue I have found with this breadmaker that I would caution users. It easily adds pounds to the users weight!!!

Used it several times now, worked excellent. Bread, Cake, etc... I still have many other options to try. But the experience is awesome. Yes, it is expensive. But if you use it a lot, it does worth.

This machine is such a great item for anyone that wants to make fresh bead, and it is so easy to use. You just add your ingredients and the machine does the rest.

I like the design of the bread maker and the shape of the loaf. It has many options and I have not yet tried them all. It is complex to use and the screen can be hard to read. The first few loaves did not turn out well. It is important to watch the video guide for help and there might be a break in period for the bread maker. The last few loaves have been excellent.

Made a loaf of regular bread immediately after taking the zojirushi bb-pac20 out of the box. The bread was way better than I expected. Had good 'crumb' and nice crust. Easy to use too. Can't wait to try some other recipes.

Granite this unit is more pricier than most of the competition, but it proves worth it. We are having bread daily thanks to this wonderful machine. Definitely recommend others to get this as well.

After weeks of research and reading dozens of reviews on all brands of makers, I decided that quality should outweigh a cheaper price. I'm glad I stayed with that decision. The Zojirushi is heavy enough that it doesn't hop across the counter like my daughter-in-law's 'other brand' maker. I'm new to gluten free baking and this baker makes that so easy with its GF setting. Our first loaf was perfect to look at and to eat. The paddles slipped right out of the bread and left only small holes. Clean up was easy. Think I'll make another loaf tomorrow!!!

The first loaf didn’t come out good at all, but I think it was more me than the unit. I will try again and up date my review. So happy to have it.

This is not my first bread maker. First was a Breadman that i bought used for $20. It was a very nice one. Yes, i made a huge jump in my spend on my next bread maker! I am very pleased with the Zojirushi bread maker. I have made a white and 2 wheat loaves. They have come out perfectly. I want to try more recipes to find my light and airy go to bread. I will continue baking and learning more about this bread maker. If you are serious about making your own bread, you will not be disappointed. I cannot give 5 stars YET ... i feel i need to use it many more times before i could give it the 5th star. :-)

This bread machine makes a bigger loaf than the other one I used to have. This one looks more professional and pretty. The machine is HEAVY but that doesn't matter to me because I don't need to move the machine from where I set it up. The bread is great and I've been having fun experimenting with different recipes, such as olive rosemary.

i baked tons of bread and its comes out very good and i really like this try some new bread asap

There lower cost options but you cannot beat the quality, I have owned this brand of products and some are 20+ years old, still going strong

I had a maker I replaced and this bread is so much better, texture is like bread from the store without the preservatives. Rolls are amazing!

Great Bread machine. Very easy to use and very quiet. Really glad I spent the extra money on this one. Also the bread tasts great!

Love it, the capacity is great for a family. The recipes are easy to follow and adjust to your likes.

Follow the instructions/recipes and the bread is fantastic. The best part is that my wife likes it so much, all I have to do is stop at the supermarket for supplies and eat. She is happy to take care of the rest, including clean-up and taking credit for the great bread.

Makes great bread in less than 3 hours. Numerous recipes for different bread types can be found online. Family is loving it.
