This the best purchase I ever had im Asian and I love to cooked my rice .the aroma and the quality of rice is different and delicious compare on the ordinary rice cooker.Best investment quality and gurranteed it gonna last long.

Fantastic rice cooker. It cooks brown rice to perfection and we love the steel cut oats setting! Delicious oatmeal every time. Lots of nice features (Retractable chord, convenient handle, compact size, easy to clean removable parts, etc.)

For my limited experience with this rice cooker it's been okay. for some reason for me GABA brown setting results in burned rice on the bottom but everything else cooks well. Could be user error but I'm not sure how. The nonstick coating on mine discolored at the location of the heating element after my first use and it kind of concerns me but it cleaned fine and functions just as new. (be very gentle with your bowl though it seems nothing can be done to avoid this) I bought this over Pressure series because I fry a lot of rice and i've heard the pressure series hydrates your rice so well it actually makes for frying rice rather difficult. Gets a solid point deducted soley for soldering in the battery and making it very difficult to user replace... For over 300 dollars I expect a CR3032 to be easily replaced for years of use, Zojirushi.

The stainless steel compliments our kitchen with all appliances being in the same family. My girlfriend and I like that it’s small and doesn’t take much space in our tiny counter. It does take a long time to cook rice on here but always perfect at the end. It also give you the time left to cook and place a nice melody when the rice is ready.

This is a great rice cooker. It cooks rice perfectly every time. The button to open the lid is in a weird spot; you want to push the lid down on that same spot. The non-stick bowl inside is made of thick metal. The retractable cord is a nice feature.

Makes boaring long grain white rice tasty and its a wonderful tool for dieting. Shipping was pretty quick and package arrived in great shape

We were reluctant to pay this much for a rice cooker, but this little guy has changed our lives! My husband and I both have vision impairment and most rice cookers have measurement markings that are incredibly hard to see. We literally bought this one simply because the measurement marks are so clear (white on black, what a concept!). But there are many other good things about this device. 1) Timer feature makes it easy to have perfect rice exactly when you want it. 2) GABA brown rice feature makes brown rice tender and delicious - we eat a lot more of it now and even our kids like it. This is healthier for us all. 3) retractable cord for easy storage. 4) Small size - we already have a lot of items on our counter so this compact size was perfect for our little 50's-era kitchen. We have used this several times a week since purchasing it and never been disappointed. It's a little intimidating at first, but once you get used to it it's very easy to use. I struggled with the military time on the clock at first, but it's actually better because there's no risk of setting the rice to be done at midnight when you meant noon, or 5 am when you meant 5 pm. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this product.

I think this rice cooker is fantastic my rice comes out perfect everytime. The keep warm setting does not burn the rice at the bottom of the pan.

Bought this for my mom as she wanted a small cooker to cook her brown rice. This one has multiple cooking functions and is 3-3.5 cups. The size is nice for a small kitchen. It is made in China but I trust the brand and I think it works just fine. My mom had no complaints. I would have waited for it to be on sales if I could though.

Expensive but worth it. You just set the rice in fill the water up to the line in the bowl according to the kind of rice and how much of it you want to cook and press one button and done. Rice cooker will deal with the rest and even keep the rice warm for many hours after so you can cook the rice hours before you need it.

Take 90min to cook but the end product is very good. Rice is evenly cooked and the cooker is easy to clean

The only rice cooker brand you should buy. This model is great for a couple. Set it and walk away. Even if you miss the timer. It keeps it warm and at the same temperature for hours. This thing is amazing. Every grain of rice is perfectly cooked. Pricey, but well worth it.

I have never owned any rice cookers before, but I'm so glad this was the first rice cooker I purchased. The rice comes out GREAT when it's cooked in my Zojirushi. I love that it keeps the rice warm all night to even 24 hours. This is a great rice cooker if you're okay with spending $$$. Totally worth the price.

This is an excellent rice cooker for cooking Steel Cut Oats. Set it and forget it. Oats are cooked to perfection within an hour. Highly recommended product.

It makes perfect cooked rice. If you brought some good quality rice, you could even smell the aroma of the cooked rice. The size is perfect for a small kitchen. We loved our new rice cooker.

I've been wanting a rice cooker for a long time, and found this brand. Thankfully Best Buy sells it! Even though it's small, the 2 cups that you can make with white or mixed rice is a lot for 1 person and plenty for a group of 2 or 3 people. If you're looking to cook for more, then definitely get the bigger one. This does hold a lot though, and I've been taking great care of it since purchase. Make sure you take the bowl out before you pour in and wash the rice, and definitely make sure you take it out before you clean the parts you need to clean. I never knew how much better home cooked rice was (vs. restaurants), but with this I do and it makes it easy.

Great rice cooker. Super easy instructions. Rice comes out perfectly (just remembwr to WASH YOUR RICE!) And the jeep warm option is amazing.

I love how it does the rice perfectly my wife loves it. I love it. It’s a must habit if he likes to make rice.
