Bought it back in May 2015 and we only used it about once a month (if even). Now, I'm having issues to where the rice spoils after about 24 hours with water pooled at the bottom of the bowl. I've cleaned it up and down. Cooked on different settings. Tried different water temperatures. Everything I could find online, but I get the same result. I bought Geek Squad protection, but it expired a few months before. Next time I'm just going to buy from the big Warehouse or online.

This is one of the best gifts we received 10 years ago for our wedding. Ours still works, but the inner pot developed some chips in the nonstick coating from silverware mistakenly placed inside while soaking. You can buy replacement parts on their official website, but we didn’t realize until after we bought this model to replace ours.

You have never experienced rice until you cook it in this machine! It makes the PERFECT rice! Money well spent! Once you eat rice from this machine you will become a rice snob!
