My previous cable modem had to be power cycled periodically, so it was time for a replacement. After a month, I've had no issues with this Zoom model. Just don't forget when you get a new cable modem, you have to call Comcast and tell them the MAC address.

I purchased the Zoom - Docsis 3.0 High-Speed Cable Modem - Black. I have xfinity cable and this modem was easy to set up - just plug in contact xfinity. Works great, no issues.

Was a very reasonable price for this modem and it works very well and reliably with Time Warner Cable! Also like the convenient on/off button on the back so I don't have to unplug it if it needs to be restarted.

I went from the standard xfinity wireless box to this one and am very impressed. I have a wifi router so I didn't need the wifi capability and thus for the bill for what I wanted. This modem is so much faster than the one the cable company provided!

So far so good with this modem. No slowdown with multiple items running at the same time. The picture is very clear when watching Netflix or Hulu. The picture is not as clear with the sports apps, but they are clear enough to know what is going on.

Get it instead of paying the cable company. Easy installation, and one call to Comcast later it works great. Don't forget the router if you're using wifi, though.

This is the second one I have purchased, my other one got dammanged in a move, I had it for over a year and just loved it, so yes I would recommened this item.

I have always used Zoom and have not had any bad karma with them. This one is replacing a unit that was around 6 years old. A good long life. This was easy to set up and has been operating flawlessly ever since!

It's dose what it said it's dose.There was no problem with my cable provider in getting it's connected.Which is Xfinity.Like I said it's work Good.

modems are pretty straight forward, I am a moderate user but I replaced an older modem that was dropping connections. I have had the Zoom 5345-00-03 cable modem for a month now with no drops.

I was tired of paying WOW the rental fee for their modem and decided to get my own. This one was recommended by a store associate. I've had it a month now and have had no problems.

Works great. I bought this as I did not see the need to keep renting one from my local cable company when this one would only run me a fraction of what I was renting for.

This modem is the best, this is my second one, the first got dammaged in the move, it works well with Comcast.

I'm always looking for value. So I went with this modem when deciding to sign up with Comcast. to avoid having to pay the monthly rental fee. So far, so good.

Do not know much about modems, but this was recommend from a best buy associate and has worked perfectly and the price was good. Have not had any issues

This modem seems to be faster than the all in one that TWC provided. I was lucky to get 43/5 and now I am getting 60/6 and only paying for 50/5.

This modem was very easy to install, was one of the cheapest available and works well with Time Warner Cable. Would definitely recommend!!!

The zoom modem is small compared to what it looks like on the computer,but it does a great job.It handles any work load.Good little unit.

i do not like the color but i do like very good. this is like my best friends now a day i spend too much on internet and fb. very good porduct.

It's been a couple of months since I switched from ATT to Comcast. It couldn't have been easier. Once the Comcast Tech registered the Zoom cable modem with the local Comcast headquarters, I was online right away without any issues. In addition, my Linksys router setup was easy as long as I followed the Comcast MAC address cloning instructions.
