For some reason Cox hates cable modems. Except for this one for some reason. It is easy setup and works great w/ the higher speeds with minimal setup.

I bought this to save the $10 a month the cable company charges for their box. I did not see a speed change ( either up or down ) with the Zoom modem. Time Warner did the switch over the phone in less than 10 minutes. I've had no issues with drops or speed since installing it. I have 2 Roku streaming devices and 5 people in the house using the internet. I would certainly recommend this to someone looking to save a few bucks without sacrificing quality of service.

It's a fine modem, haven't had any problems using it. One of the cheaper options and I don't have insanely fast internet so it works fine.

I wanted a low cost modem, as we already owned a router, and this Zoom modem is the perfect fit four our everyday browsing. It out stands the demand we put to it.

Just bought it and Works fine. Can't say anything about it for now until I use it for few months. Then I will know the positive and negatives. So far so good.

No connections issues streaming games or movies using this modem before the asus router I have. Returned the Comcast modem as I have no need for it.

It works great! I haven't had any problems with it. Easy to install.

Great size and doesn't take up much space. Easy to hide and set up.

I was very happy with the ease of setup with this modem. One caution - follow install directions exactly. I skipped one step about turning it off and back on and it didn't work the first time. That being said, it took less than a minute to fix my error and I was up and running. Haven't experienced any issues since installation even following power outages.

No complaints so far. Less then half of cost of more popular brands.

I bought this for my son for a switch to Comcast Internet from Clear.com (bought out by Sprint and wireless service discontinued on 11/6/15).

This was a reasonably priced modem and works great in my home.

I get good internet speeds with this modem. I only use Ethernet cable to the modem most of the time, so not sure about wi fi speeds. It downloads games in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't been disconnected like I used to on my Motorola Surfboard modem. I like how the lights are bright and easy to see when connecting to the internet.

Interfaced TV and wifi for TimeWarnerCable. Does the job.

Easy setup. Have been using for 4 weeks and works great.

Do you want to save 8-12 buck off your cable internet bill? Buy this modem. It will pay for itself in just a few months
