After some light research on the Axon 7 from zte, one would easily discover that the phone is superb. The phone did not disappoint in person, but what impressed me most was the way Best Buy handled the item being backordered. Before I could cancel the order, I was informed that the package was on it's way to arrive the next day. Absolutely blew my expectations away, Best Buy gets a thumbs up from me.

I picked this up during special sale with $50 GC, so this phone is $300. The ZTE Axon 7 is a beautify and excellent built quality. The SW is snappy. It works great on ATT network with excellent signal and voice quality. Speaker is nice and loud. Dual SIM is a great feature, I have both ATT and Project Fi. I love it. The only complaint I have is: HotSpot seems to be only limited to 74mbps??? Not sure why? I was hoping it will be at least150mbps or higher as I am using the Hotspot all the times. It would have been a 5 stars otherwise.

It's has such a huge screen and it doesnt seem to make the battery drain at all! I love the fingerprint feature its so cooool!!!! I feel so great that I get to buy a phone in this period of time when phones as good as this one are *that* cheap. Not to mention all the nice things you get with it. ZTE are really great. Thanks ZTE you guys are awesooome

great phone. i walked into my local best buy and bought this phone in the gray color. it comes with a clear plastic case that you can attach to the back of it so it wont be slippery. it comes with a screen protector already on the phone, and comes with a spare. has the usual charger and headphones. great phone. one thing i think is annoying is the bottom buttons. cant see them at night, and maybe spaced too close together. but you can use mi-pop option on the phone. i am going to buy this for a family member soon

Everything on this phone is basically as good as what you get from Samsung, only cons of this phone for me are the camera kinda sketchy in low light and the navigation buttons aren't back-lit so at night you have to guess where the buttons are, other than those two minor details this phone is just about perfect

I have had this phone for a week now. I wanted something that would run on the ATT network without doing a contract and spending $800 plus for a good phone. I read the reviews on the Axon7 and decided to try it. I am glad I did!! I have had I-Phones and galaxy's and this phone is built just as well or better then the popular brands. For the price of this phone you will not be disappointed. It's very similar to the galaxy S7/Edge.

This is a solid phone. Best camera? No - if you want to be Ansel Adams, don't use your phone to take pictures. But for all those "It isn't as good as my 5 year old One Plus Whatever...." just ignore them. This phone has specs close to an S7, costs half as much, and has been flawless for me. Plus it lets you take advantage of some things that carriers lock down or make you pay extra for on their branded phones.

The phone is great if you"re not looking to spend to much money

Great looking phone. I had a few glitches when I got it. The only problem I have still is switching from Wi-Fi to data. When I leave for work in the morning it won't switch to data until I restart my phone. A little annoying sometimes but overall I'm happy. Verizon wireless

I've owned this phone for over three months and am happy with its performance. Runs smooth, photos look good, lots of storage (plus expandable storage), dual sim, and VR capable. You can't beat the features and performance for the price.

So far so good. I didn't catch it anywhere but you need a Sim card from your provider. Straight talk needs a nano card I'm guessing. The micro I used for my s4 doesn't fit so I had to order another kit.

Great: 1. Battery. 2. Phone calls 3. Phone looks and metal construction. Good but not great 1. Display. 2. In hand feel 3. buttons clicky and responsive 4. finger print scanner: not the fastest but works well. 5. Lag is manageable Not good 1. Bluetooth/headphone sounds very distorted 2. buttons to close and not back lit 3. Camera oh god: needs perfect light to get average looking photos - average to dim is a disaster. 4. front camera : one of the worst of 2016 phones 5. Software : again the worst marshmallow implementation.

Well great phone, beautiful speakers, 1080p display, feels great in my hands. The speakers are in the front so it amplifiys the very rare maybe even unique. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS SMARTPHONE!!!!!!

I've had this phone for about a week now & I must say that I have no complaints!! It's worth the price!! Amazing phone, hardware, speed & OMG the specs!! Loving the space too (the storage)

Long story short would be,...if you are on a budget, the phone is just that. Even know it has some good specs, it doesn't compare to actual flagship devices as people try to make it out to be. Software stinks and camera is enough to not even consider this device, if you use your phone as a camera at all. If you don't care about software and camera then this is the device for you. Mine went back after 3 days. I have the ability to purchase a flagship so thats what i did.

This is my first DSLR camera and its quality is excellent! Still in the learning phase. Came with two lenses as described.

This Phone Is So Far My Favorite Smartphone. Nothing Else To Say.

I like it but the camera is not as good as Samsung galaxy s7.

I’ve spent over 20 years in the tech industry and ZTE is so bad as a company that I decided I had to write a negative review, which is rare for me. Generally, the hardware for the phone is OK. Here is why I will never buy ZTE again: - Native calendar software will not integrate properly with Microsoft Exchange. I had to load 3rd party software to fix this after months of troubleshooting - Phone cannot be repaired if the screen breaks. I exhausted paths to have a 3rd party fix the phone after I broke the screen. Parts are not available to buy. - Service is by far the worst I’ve experienced with any company o Calendar issue – I was told that ZTE can’t be responsible for 3rd party software issues. We’re talking about Microsoft Exchange/Outlook calendar, which most of the corporate world uses. I read many forums discussing the issue and running 3rd party software was the solution. So, ZTE has no continual improvement policy on their defective software. This is a sign of deep quality issues in the company. o Broken screen – Several ways this went wrong including not ever getting the screen fixed and fraud  Called support and they gave me an RMA number. The rep told me to send it in and if it can be fixed under warranty it would be $79.99. If it couldn’t be fixed under warranty, they would let me know how much it would cost to fix it. If it couldn’t be fixed they would notify me.  I sent it in and received a confirmation of receipt/repairs were starting.  I called after a week to check on the progress. I pressed one for English and sat for 10 minutes with silence on the other end. Their phone system doesn’t work.  Started a chat. I was informed that they needed payment before they could start (1 week wasted). The previous chat for the RMA didn’t give me the correct information.  Connected to another number for payment.  Received email stating: “We have completed the necessary evaluation and repairs. We are in the process of shipping your device back.”  Received phone in same broken condition stating it wasn’t repairable under warranty. Obviously, this is the case. I broke it. I expected them to charge me more. But instead of them doing what they said, they just sent it back.  After a month of working with ZTE, I have the phone in the same condition, minus $79.99.  They have not refunded the warranty payment, so I’ll call my credit card company to report the fraudulent charge. I took a chance on a new company and paid the price.

Bought based on reviews. Phone was very hot, drained battery too fast and cellular signal was weak. Beautiful phone but too hot for my pocket.
