This is my first phone from ZTE and I'm must say I love it. Its so much better than I thought it was going to be. I've been a Samsung user for years and I have to admit the Axon 7 runs much smoother than any other phone that I've ever used. The battery life is great, it comes with 64GB of storage and you have the option to add a memory card for extra storage. It work perfectly on the T-Mobile network. I've been using the Axon 7 for a little over a month now and I have never had an issue. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone in the market for a new Android phone.

Great display. Great sound. Has all of the network bands (except Verizon refuses to play nice) I use a Straight Talk At&t sim. Decent battery life. One major drawback is only one case/holster on market and its not the best. It works but I like variety. And I need a belt case for my phones. 2nd drawback is finding a good glass screen protector for extra protection that actually fits. I lost 50.00 by purchasing it from BB from that's not ZTE's fault. BB wouldn't honor the price reduction because we bought it during black Friday before the sales. That's b.s.

The battery life, speakers, camera, and signal quality are excellent; comparable to phones twice the price of this one.

Best bang for your buck. Fastest phone I have ever owned excellent battery life. Stop reading and go buy it.

So I bought this phone on black Friday and got a good deal. Bought that in grey color. Look wise it is a great phone . Overall I wanna gave it 4stars . Camera was ok. Picture quality was not good as Samsung. But still I had high hopes from it because it has the same processor as Samsung. But suddenly my volume goes so so low that I unable to hear anything while watching fb and YouTube videos on very next day of purchase. Check all the settings nothing happened than I restart it and then it started like regular it do. But next day same thing happened. My friend bought the same phone with me and she has no problem and very happy with the purchase. May be it was just my handset. I don't know otherwise with this price it is a great phone but my husband don't want to take risks so we returned it and gonna buy Samsung galaxy s7 edge

This android phone is amazing..i love how fast it is..downloads apps super fast..its processor is fantasic.the color are so vivid..videos are super sharp and crisp..sound is amazing..speakers are so loud.only need half way and it's plenty loud..it has a huge storage.. More than enough.plus with a additional sd card..it beats amy Samsung or iphone hands down..a great phone at a great price .you will not be disappointed.

I love this phone more than my previous (moto x). It is bigger, has more storage and better audio drivers (I've recorded decent voiceovers for my journalism work). I've gotten regular updates, including the much-awaited wifi calling for my carrier. I'm happy with the camera, app organization, weight, fell, look and quality of this phone. I feel like I'm not using it to its fullest, such as the extra sim slot.

This phone is for those of us on a fixed income but still want a good smartphone. It's sleek, it's gotta boatload of memory and the sound it produces is amazing. The biggest down side for me is in the design...the phone is easy to hold but for my hand the power button along with the volume controls are in exactly the wrong place...I keep hitting the power switch by mistake and cutting off whatever it is that I'm doing. Really frustrating. And the Home key and the ones on either side have no backlight so they're impossibly difficult to navigate at night.

I needed a new phone and did not want to pay for the latest Galaxy or IPhone. My wife also needed a new phone, so we needed to keep costs down. This phone seemed to be just as well equipped for less money and also had good reviews. I have liked the phone so far. I like the pictures I have taken with it, good quality for a phone. Good sound as well. Also it has good phone calling qualities.

This is a really nice high-end smartphone at a mid-range price. It comes with 64 gigs and a 20 megapixel front and rear it also has a dual SIM card. Right now the biggest trouble is getting applications and files transferred to the optional mini SD card. I'm sure I'll figure it out soon or if it's really not a feasible option a ZTE will hopefully Rectify that soon

I picked up this phone as an emergency spare when my primary driver got shattered on a trip to Alaska. I wanted to believe it would be a great alternative and that I would keep the ZTE when I got my phone back from repair and sell my OnePlus 3 instead. The ZTE has stereo front-facing speakers that are not bad but not great. They are more tinny than my single-speaker OnePlus. The camera is adequate, but nothing spectacular. Again, my OnePlus handles low light better and is overall more detailed. But most problematically, the software is buggy and somewhat inconsistent. Even with all the latest updates, I experienced the need to reboot frequently. Lockups were not uncommon.There are some design choices that are inspired, such as the dual SIM switch in the notification tray. Some design choices, though, such as the shaking way to activate the flashlight and finger swipes for the Camera, leave quite a lot to be desired. Although the screen is great, build quality seems quite solid, and battery life is very good, the overall experience of my single speaker OnePlus 3 still seems more polished and more stable. You can certainly do worse for this money, and if you can't spare the extra $100 for a OnePlus you'll be happy.

Purchased this phone for my wife and she absolutely loves this phone. I have the S7 Edge and hardware wise the Axon 7 has pretty much the same hardware with twice the storage for about half the price of the s7 edge. I played around with her axon 7 and I to am impressed to the point that had I not already purchased the s7 edge I'd probably purchased the axon 7.

I use this cell as my daily phone. I have purchased two because I like them so much. Amazing camera and call quality and the forward facing speakers are loud and clear and the sound is great for a cell. This phone comes with a great clear cover and nice ear buds. Packaged beautifully. Would make a wonderful gift. I love this phone. Quality of build is great.

This phone is fast, picks up Wi-Fi no problem also 5ghz, very nice colors screen looks perfect, hard to find a glass screen protector that fits due to curved screen, includes plastic screen protector and clear case.Bluetooth signal is great. Not a fan of the3 buttons on bottom cuzz they are hard to navigate with them being too close together and do not light up but I turned on the mi_pop setting for a different way to navigate and that actually worked out.

This is my review with the short time experience. I am concerned the longevity of this device but I took a gamble after my S7 broke. I am tired of phone manufacturers making cell phones out of glass. There is no durability from a glass and glue sandwich like the S7. This phone has the exact same specs as the S7 but at a fraction of the cost. When I first received it the phone went through multiple updates and took some time to get to current the Nougat. The phone is good to look at, fits well in the hands and I love the larger 5.5" screen. I can tell the difference between the displays in quality. The Axon does look amazing but I can tell its not as nice as s7. The volume and power keys seem to rattle and don't feel solid. I worry when they will fall off. The software can be a little buggy. There is no shortcuts to the camera from the being locked. Coming from Touch Wiz on the S7 the software on the Axon is quite different. I like the phone. There is not much better for $400. I would overall give the phone a 4.5 stars out of 5

For this price, it can't be beat Low price, nice screen, good specs. What more can you ask for?

The ZTE Axon 7 has a lot to be liked, be its very impressive quad HD display or its very enjoyable set of front speakers that deliver full and rich sound. Camera is also very good, that is in bright situations, while it tends to struggle a little in low light. Definitely recommended! Good job ZTE.

What's not to love about this phone? You have the option of the ZTE launcher or Stock Android, The Snapdragon processors make this a speedy and powerful phone. Compare these specs to ANY flagship and you will be pleasantly surprised. I've had absolutely zero issues with this phone, in my opinion there's no reason to spend $750+ on a phone that isn't any better than this one right here. I recommend this device to anyone who loves a great Android phone.

I have absolutely zero complaints about this phone. The battery lasts all day, the screen is brilliant and bright with amazing dark. The sound is second to none. I recommend this absolutely to anyone looking for a new phone.

If you've read other reviews on the Axon 7, you're likely aware that the device is not without faults. The lack of on-screen buttons means that I have to rely on muscle memory to find the closely-spaced capacitive buttons when using my phone in the dark. The lock screen hides notifications behind a bell icon in order to show off its (admittedly beautiful) gallery of lock screen backgrounds. The camera has pretty poor low-light performance. And the phone did take quite a bit of tweaking on my part to achieve a near-stock Android experience. I've left out some other issues, but only because they were so minor that I can't remember what they were to begin with. But if you can work past the dicey software and the poor low-light performance of the camera, what you're left with is a truly premium product. Its internals can be found in most flagship phones: a QHD AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 4, a Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, and microSD/dual SIM support. Its 3250 mAh battery often has over 50% charge left after an entire day. On the audio side, it includes a very decent DAC and AMP, and two front-facing speakers that absolutely destroy the ones on most other flagship phones. Once I worked around the software issues, this phone feels, looks, and performs just like an $800 phone. After using it for a month, I don't think I have a good reason to pay more than $400 for my next flagship phone.
