This worked great for our recent conference (and saved us over $1,500 as opposed to using the internet provided by the moscone center). It's small, and works great. The only negatives are the user interface (hard to figure out what's going on with it), and a kloogy process for setting up the account and managing credits. Great value though!

Great mini hotspot device and network reliability. Just wish it didn't heat up after a while of using it, and also wish it was 4G LTE instead of just regular 4G.

Device works well and has simple, easy instructions for setup.

this hot spot is easy to understand and I can read all the symbollye on the screen. I would recommend this anyone that wants a simple devise.

It has served the purpose of an internet devise to carry around and serves as a server for more than one devise. The rates could be lower, the devise itself is expensive.

Dead easy to set up an account and use the included 5GB bundle, but be wary if you have a family with more than five devices you want to use. It can be used with a Mac as a network interface and share the devices connection via Airport to get around the device limitation. Overall decent price and return on investment for what it offered during our cross country move but not sure I would use it because of T-Mobile coverage ... oh well.

Easy to get and easy to configure. Fair price and its response is ok. You can get this stuff to keep connection without dependability of the wifi. Small size...The only complaint is it gets warm quickly and can't keep it in the pocket, but in a purse is ok.

This is a great little device that helped me out of a pinch when our internet went out because of delinquency due to a third party. It worked well for two laptops, two smartphones, and a Roku box. Though the Roku really ate through the allotment quickly. It was primarily plugged in, so I cannot speak to the battery life. But connection speeds were alright.

Too bad the display it has, scratches to easy which after a few days it's difficult to see how many messages you have on your account!

great product overall. Highly recommended. Great at home, or for hotels without wifi.

Bought this so all my devices can stay connected. I'm on a budget, so data plans for each device would not fly. With this, I have WiFi anywhere with LTE speeds, and only pay for what I need.

3 months or 5GB of data from first use or activation. Easy to set up and use. This hotspot really came in handy while I was out of town traveling and didn't have Wi-fi or internet.

got it for a friend and it does do the job..it is nice and simple..just wish it had a bit more options on plans

It works ok, i continue to loose service. Whenever i pull up a website it pauses or does not come up at all. I'll be searching for other sevices. When i purchased the product they told me it would last 3 months, instead it only lasted 1 month.

Small, economical, dependable, lasts if turned off.
