this thing is awsome..its so small and lightweight..it has a fm tuner and the reception is super clean..no static at all..the battery life is good..and it is so easy to load songs and pictures..and im not what you call computer savy..the ipod is garbage compared to this..i kept having to install the cd and then i had to deal with the pain in the neck itunes..once i down loaded the hardware which took less then 1 minute i only had to find the file where my songs are and with a simple click it loaded them all onto my zune and it even gave me a choice if i wanted all or only some that i choose..and 1000 songs for only $150 with a fm tuner,pictures and videos!!!..come on its a steal..dont wait or deal with that ipod..use it has a paper weight..and get with bestbuy and get your zune..

The zune player its great because its gives fans a whole new way to listen to music without having to buy the IPOD. the zune its affordable, good looking, soft, small, affordable, range in variety of colors and gigabytes and over all quality of sound product. However like every product it has its minor flaws such as the limited number of games and inability to have calculator,world clock,. yet despite this this a must have product.

I bought the 4gb zune to replace my broken 1st generation i-pod nano that broke. I have had it for about hours now and it is absoulty hands down better than the i-pod. The Zune has better sound quality and hat is a big plus. I also like that it does not have that "clicker" like the i-pod has, this makes it way more easier to navigate and user. The zune was very easy to set up and get going. I transfered all my songs from itunes right on to the zune software which was a big plus. If you are looking at an i-pod and the zune, GO WITH THE ZUNE!!! I will never own an Apple product in my life again!!!

I have owned this for around 6 months now and am about to upgrade to the new 16gb Zune because I like my Zune so much and need more memory. The zune pass is great, you get unlimited downloads for $15 a month. It has everything the iPod has and more now. It's great for discovering new music. The social tells you what other music you would like based on what you already listen to and you can add people with the same taste of music as you to your friends. The radio is cool on it but I rarely use it. I would recommend this to everyone.

I had an ipod for about 2 1/2 years and it got stolen so I replaced it with a zune. The only thing I hated about the ipod was the spin wheel. I felt that it was hard to get to what I wanted without skipping over it. I listen to my zune (and my ipod when i had it) in the car a lot so it is very important that I can find my music quickly and easily. I also love the fact that you can change the background and that the 4gb is available in different colors, as well as the 8gb.

I love my Zune, it is easy to use and a much cheaper and better alternative to the iPod. I would recommend that anyone looking for a great mp3 player take a look at this one. The built in fm tuner works great and I love the wireless sync. They have a great selection of podcasts built into the software and it provides a great experience.

when i went into best buy i was thinking of buying the new ipod but this product caught my attention i like the fact that it has radio and that you can put any pic you want as a background... to make it short great product very satisfied customer.

The microsoft zune 4gb is an amazing product. It has fine features that like: -Enough memory -Sharing music -Wireless connectivity to your pc -new look -small -And my favorite the Radio feature. Zune is an amazing mp3 and I suggest buying this as a 2nd demand if you like ipods

This is a great little player. I use it while I walk and exercise at the gym. Couldn't be simpler to figure out...and believe me I need simplicity because I hate to read manuals. I got mine in May and have used it constantly. Good battery life. Seems like I go for days between charges. Music can be sorted in many different ways. Love it!

When i first bought this I got really mad because the software was buggy but ever since the latest update it has worked beautifully. The best thing of all is that microsoft has just started with the updates. The only thing I do not like about it is that it doesn't have a eq but the sound quality is supurb without it anyway.

when i bought it i had already researched alot and knew about the Social thing and thought it would be pretty cool.When i FINALLY made the social accounts and stuff,i was expecting to be trading songs all the time.BUT NO.i have taken it to school(highschool)and have only found 3 people who have a Zune.NOT a lot of people have Zunes,i have also found on once on the train.2 days after i bought it,it froze.i had to drain the battery and its been working fine since.the touchpad is awesome especially when playing games. Wireless sync is pretty cool too.sometimes i notice that the battery dies kinda fast...

my zune was very easy to get started and operate with the only downside was the lack of accesories to go with it although all of them worked amazing also

I RECEIVED THIS ZUNE FOR MY BIRTHDAY. WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT HOW FAST AND EASY IT WAS TO GET STARTED.IT WAS A BREEZE TO PURCHASE MUSIC AND LOAD MY OWN CDS. EASY TO USE,AND GREAT SOUND QUALITY,I ALSO LIKE THE EARBUDS. I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS HOW GREAT IT IS. THANKS

wow i just got this about a week ago and man i took it all over the place and the battery life is great, i luv it cuz you always get updates for it from the microsoft people and there always adding stuff lik the new update for the free games that are actually good not bootleg lol but i luv. its easy to acess on your pc because sooo many are microsoft pcs so ya zune is a great product. not everyone has it because of the ipod but i had one and the i pod battery life is ilk one year this one lasts for four!!!

The zune is easy to use, and the sound quality is pretty astonishing. I could listen to it all day, the lcd screen is nice also. I have had a ipod for three years, and the zune is easier to use, and better sound..i highly recommend this..

We have both the ipods and the zunes in our house and the Zune is much more user friendly and just less problems overall.

I bought the 4gb model because I wasnt sure if I was gonna like the zune and Im pretty rough on mp3 players so price was a concern. I must say that I love this little thing ! Fits perfect in a pocket when on the go and great for use when working out ! I perfer the flash memory models due to the fact most of the time that I use the zune is during some type of activity such as mowing the lawn, working out etc. My problem now is that I want the 8gig version for more space! Never had a freeze up yet and I always keep it up to date. A must buy IMO....

WOW.....Best purchase I have made in along time. I have never had a mp3 player before, infact never even touched one. This is so easy to use. So easy to install, I actually couldn't believe it. Even my husband who was very unsure about this was totally amazed on how easy it was to use and how fast I transfered our music to the Zune... I would recommend this to anybody who is unsure. This is a FIVE STAR product.

i bought the zune because its a whole lot better than an ipod. The only flaw was that i had to get a new one because my other one wouldn't turn on at all. Fortunate for me, i bought the warranty on the zune and i ended up getting a brand new one and not paid $150 for another one.

I wanted a mp3 player but did not want to get locked into the iPod/iTunes monopoly. I selected the Zune 4GB player. I have used the player for a month now and have had a great experience so far. The mp3 player interface is pretty well "dummy proof" and takes little brainpower to figure out. Setting up the software and loading all my music was pretty painless too. I had numerous music files already in my "My Music" folder. When I installed Zune software, it located all my music and associated album and playlist info and loaded it onto my Zune the first time I plugged it into my computer. I was up and running in a matter of minutes. Since the initial load, I have added and deleted songs and songlists. The player syncs to the new stuff when I plug it in and all changes are made in a matter of minutes. Easy stuff! The ear bud earphones that came with the mp3 are pretty basic and provide a good sound for a basic set. I purchased a set of noise-cancelling headphones since I often listen to my mp3 player on planes. I would recomment purchasing a headphone set that meets your own listening preferences....which is to be expected with any mp3 purchase. Overall, I love my Zune and would recommend it to anybody!
