I received my Zune about 2 years ago as a gift and I've absolutely LOVED IT ever since I opened the package and started using it. It's easy to use and I've never had a glich. I have photos, videos, and tons of music. I've never run out of room!!! It's great. I highly recommend it and would never purchase anything else if I were to give an MP3 as a gift!

The Zune is an awesome product, it is better than the Ipod and everything else out there, but what Ipods do have that are better than zunes is their Itunes store. you cant get videos on the Zune Maketplace. Also ipods take protected songs, Zunes don't. The sound quality on the zune isn't awesome but it's above average. I do like that you can turn the Zune touchpad on and off. Another thing is FM radio which is a good thing. Lastly the picture is much better that any other mp3 players picture and it does not scratch. If I were you I would get the the Zune. My

the initial setup was a breeze. everything was fine until I reattached to the computer, thats when I got frustrated cause I kept getting "unknown device, no driver installed". needless to say I went looking for remedies and found that restarting my zune while it being connected to my computer resolved the problem. One major concern is that I'm gonna have to restart my zune EVERYTIME i connect to my PC, that in it self IS NOT good for the device..

Best MP3 player ever and so easy to use. I'm definitely not computer savvy but I figured it out easily. The only thing I'm disappointed was trying to transfer some of my music from the old format. I had to reload all my music. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with the Zune.

i just got my Zune about two weeks ago. i haven't had any problems with it as far as functionality. i think that it is very easy to operate. it's a great product for those who don't have a lot of music. it holds close to 1000 songs. i thought the battery life is pretty good too. i'm taking mine back however because i didn't read all of the description for the product. i didn't realize that it was not bluetooth capable, which is a big deal for me. i really don't like wired headphones. i think the price is fairly reasonable as well. hope you find this helpful.

The zune 4 gb is the best most easiest mp3 player for people who adore and listens to music all of the time. It is easy to put music in it and you could listen to it for hours and hours. The zune and many more products from best buy has great prices and you can't beat that!

Got a zune for christmas and initally loved it. Had great design and good sound quality, but after trying to load songs onto it, found that the zune software was difficult to use. After a week of use the zune was not recognized by the computer and needed reset every time I tryed to connect it to the computer. I finally returned it and got an IPod.

the zune is easy to set up from the start. it can easily sync all of your music, photo and video files from your computer.

Once I got it out of the box, i dpwnloaded the software and my music went right on to it. 30 minutes later, all of my music was on my Zune. It has a great screen, really easy to use, and was a fairly good price.

I have had experiance with ipods before and this zune blows ipod out of the water. U cant remove ipod items and place on your computer with zune you can very long battery life i use it in the car all the time

This is a very good buy for a buyer looking for a MP3 player looking not only for looks, but also performance, and does not get scratched as easily as Ipods and other mp3 players. Only difficult part is the initial setup, which requires downloading a driver for your computer, which is somewhat difficult to find, and also in transferring music from the player back onto a computer's music library other than the actual zune softaware library. Customer service is very good, and is persistent in helping until good results are achieved. Only problem I see is the screen itself is somewhat prone to minor scratches, which can be removed with hard rubbing with soft cloth.

the zune is better than the ipod. it can get music from anywhere and connect 2 ur xbox360 (if u have one) get a zune not a ipod

I have never dropped or misused it, and recently it died on me, Won't reset, won't recharge, won't even turn on. Other than that mishap, it has been fairly reliable, the battery lasts a long time, and you can connect to the zune software on the computer wirelessly with a router.

The 4g is lightweight as is the 8 for the money the 8 is awesome to. I live with my brother and cousin and since i purchased the zune at christmas have both went out and purchased a zune tossing their old i-pods in favor of the new zune's. We all love the consumer friendly easy to download and install software. The only con at the time of purchase was that i had to order a lot of accessories for the product online however tons of stores are getting the hint and carrying more and more zune accessories so now is the perfect time to pick one up!

I got the 4GB Zune for Christmas. It is great. The software is very is to download and to use. You can also set up an account and get unlimited downloads for $14.99 a month. The player it self is very easy to use. You can store music, videos, and pictures. You can also play games right on the Zune. It is extremely easy to sync music to the device. In fact you can have it set up to sync it automatically or wirelessly. Also, even though the screen is very small it still is very clear to watch videos on it.

I LOVE MY ZUNE PLEASE DO NOT GET ME WRONG...I AM IN LOVE WITH ZUNE, BUT JUST LIKE ALL RELATIONSHIPS THERE ARE PROS AND CONS...AND MY MAJOR AND ONLY CON WITH MY ZUNE IS THE BATTERY DOES NOT LAST VERY LONG. OTHER THAN THAT IM GOOD WITH IT...YOU SHOULD GET ONE...JUST MAKE SURE YOU PICK UP A CHARGER FOR IT!!!

The Zune works well for working out and running, the FM tuner is great in the club to sync to the TV for viewing while running

Overall, I'd say that the Zune 4GB is better than the iPod 4GB. I've went on many online reviews and others would say so also. It has a sleek design, good quality, and cool features like FM Radio. I would recommend it!!

i sent back 8 zunes because they all died on me. the electronics went bad on them. sending back 8 zunes is a bit ridiculous dont you think? also on the 80 GB zunes, the front plate and back plate are not flush with each other. flimsy engineering and construction. the headphones were the worst part about them. the cloth lined wires got warped out and frazzled up. this is a very poor quality product.
