I absolutely love this. It is so easy to use. Downloading anything to my husband's IPOD was a nightmare. This however is a breeze. He is thinking of selling his IPOD to get the Zune in black. I automatically changes the sync to whatever you have changed on your computer. No having to delete and undelete or move files with this. My five year old could figure this out and it syncs in record time. Buy this and you will not be sorry.

If you are thinking about buying this product I would think twice. I bought this last November and i've hated it since. It is the worst purchase i've ever done and I highly suggest getting an ipod. The marketplace you have is so confusing and it just deleted all my songs and memory! I have never been more upset with a product in my entire life. When using it, it runs very slow and will have many glitches while working. I've had to call customer support 4 times already just to get the thing to charge! Recommend to NOT get it!!

I love the zune. I have 2300 songs, 122 pictures, 10 full length movies, many video's and 7 games on it and I still have 60gb+ left. The new software update took away the only con I had it works really well now. The newest thing is the games. They released a beta vertion of the XMA game development and after only 1 day they have created 7 games.

The zune is one of my favorite devices to use in the world of music right now. I enjoy the "social" on the zune software you can download, and I really like how the headset keeps all other noise out. The only thing I have a problem with is that after a little bit, the loading on it gets a little slow. But overall, this is a wonderful product that I recommend to anyone!

My wife and daughter have IPods, but my Zune is better. The controls, software & display are better. Although there are enough accessories in the marketplace (aftermarket mostly), there are definitely not as many as for IPod. That's the only major drawback. The wireless sync works fine as well.

Being a former I Pod owner I feel the Zune is so underated. This device completely satisfies my needs for music and video storage. The podcasts that are offered on the Zune websight are great! Music capacity is huge! I have loaded over 3000 songs and over 40 movies and Podcasts and the thing is nowhere near half full! I have had no problems with my unit. It does require someone to have a basic understanding of software and how to use it. It does not come loaded with all the software needed to do the many things it is capable of. This may be the source of the complaints I have seen on this site. The Zune is a micro computer complete with hard drive, motherboard and display. The only thing missing is a keyboard. Just consider how many times you have had problems with your home PC and compare the problems with it! The Zune is far less problematic and so much more fun! The I Pod has far less to offer and relies solely on the promised media Bling Bling. Buy the Zune you WONT be disappointed!

At first I was hesitant about purchasing this, but it is an amazing product. The screen is especially nice. I didn't at all have any problems using the Zune Marketplace or any of the software, it's very easy to sync music and photos to this. I am very glad I made the decision to buy.

It is a great product and affordable. The quality of the music played is great. The only thing thats not great is how to download the music on to the computer is a little challenging but other than that everything is great.

Bought this unit largely based on the 80GB capacity, and didn't want to get into the exclusive ipod culture. Not the easiest device to use, and the manual was less than clear. Stopped working after only a few months. Dealing with Zune support and customer service (customer service being a misnomer) was annoying at best. The Zune website seems to do everything possible to keep one from contacting them via the web. Once contacted, no confirmation of message was sent (as website said would be). Only became aware of their reciept of complaint when package to return arrived. Sent it back, recieved no information again. Was able to follow some progress by logging in and seeing status of registered unit. When returned to me, it was a different unit (don't know if it is new or refurbished). It's a different color, and no explanation of what was wrong with the original unit was given. Also, I was never asked if a new unit or different color was acceptable to me. I expect things to break from time to time, but I expected a company that supposedly is computer/internet savvy such as microsoft to be web based customer friendly. Probably won't ever purchase another Zune product. My old Creative MP3 player is still working, will consider them again next time.

I have the 30G ZUNE. When I first got it "no joke" I wanted to keep it with me 24/7 loved it, loved it. Now the new software has ended my love for it. It stops working it gets stuck on stuped way too many times and it keeps saying missing info.(what?) the music is there! The is no recently added menu option on the software so to find what you have just added it's well impossible "must write it down firt then look for it"that's an extra step "shold not have to do that". I have tried to contact microsoft ZUNE costumer service "where are they?" no answers no help, no nothing. Donwloading video takes an eternity. I never had a problem with the old software it was so very very inteligent it had every little "option" to do what you wanted when you wanted. I want to have the option to update my videos or music titles NOW you can't) seriusly please refine the software a little I still love my ZUNE it is by far the greatest, it is the software that needs more attention IT CAN DRIVE YOU COMPLETLY CRAZY. I would only recommend it, if they make the software more users friendly and/or if you could actually get help from the makers should you ever need it. Ps. My ZUNE is only a year old and I'm so sad to have to return it, only because the software.

We love this Zune so much we bought a second one. You have endless room for music, videos and pictures. I have over 5000 pictures, over 1500 songs and several full legnth movies and I still have tons of room!

great mp3 player easy to use zune website is great. i had a 30GB wanted a bigger one my son has the other they are wonderful mp3 players

By far more versatile than The iPod. The Zune may be a little bit larger than an iPod but the quality of the video that you can watch and the ability to send songs and pics to nearby Zunes makes it much easier to use. Also that the software does not require any extra work to get music into the zune other than having the zune program on the computer and having the Zune program be linked to the Folder where your songs or videos, etc are located.

When first attempted to use this product had very hard time. Never could download song from Zune.Found out it was my internet company making it dificult.Got a different intenet connection and boom been downloading ever since. Love the fact I can go to most stores and get prepaid Zune card and download music and music videos. Now my husband and I fight over who gets to listen to it. Can't wait to get it filled up.

This was a big disappointment. I did not get to use it at all and returned it. The software are atrocious, my computer did not recognized the Zune. I had to change computers just to make it do something, than it synched junk I did not need and could not get rid of it in the Zune. I felt like in the dark ages of DOS, nothing works full of problems and you have to read a ton of stuff to figure out how it works. I bought an iPod instead.

I loved the whole idea of the Zune, and I never thought I would use an iPod agian! But about as soon as I uploaded my first 6GB and found out by deleting songs off my computer they were getting deleted off my Zune, once it got hooked up. I can honestly say I HATE this product. So unless you have tons of space on your computer, to waste with music buy a Zune!!

i was very disappointed in this product and after 2 days of trying to get it right and get some customer NON SUPPORT from the mfgr it is going back. manuals tell you basically nothing about operation of the device. i was replacing a samsung 4gb, i only use for music files, but will go back to this. i think giving this a 1 rating may be to high......
