    Purchased for 16 yr old daughter.Screen quit working after 3 weeks,kept losing music almost every week.Purchased a one time download from Microsoft,which turned out to be a monthly charge when I called to complain the Peer 2 leader was condesending and said it was my fault and to be more careful next time!!!!!!

    This product had problems with the scroll button, the the scroll button stopped working. Then it would start working again. Then recently it stopped working again and then it started working again but sparks started coming out of it and then quit working

    The Zune was way better then and i-pod the first week i had it. Then it crashed and wouldn't turn on. I got a new one same problem. If you want something like this to last a week only get it, if you want something good get an i-pod.
