The ZVOX SoundBase 570 does exactly what it claims. It improves the sound, especially dialogue, from my TV. The sound it produces is great, comparable to the more expensive Sonos Playbase that I also own. It just doesn't have quite as many features, like assembling a whole sound system from various components. If you are looking for a simple, reasonably-priced solution to get much better sound from your TV, look no further than the ZVOX products.

I would recommend this product to anyone, especially to an older person who may be experiencing hearing loss.

Great sound, easy to set-up and produces crisp and clear voices. New slim flat screen tv's have their speakers in the rear of tv, so sound is not easy to hear. This ZVOX sound bar did the job. Very happy with my purchase. Using this in a bedroom, but I'm sure it will provide great sound anywhere in your house.

Woofer and speakers all in one unit. Sounds like an expensive surround sound without mounting all the speakers separate and have the woofer sitting somewhere else. The sound coming from this unit is fantastic

This purchase provided improved sound compared to my flat-screen TV speakers, but no better than the sound from the old CRT TV that I replaced with the flat screen TV. I think that the product description promising "explosive bass and riveting virtual surround sound" is a bit overblown.

My biggest complaint is there is no power is to show when the unit is on, when shutting the TV you have to pay attention to see ON or OFF.

I did a lot research before purchase previously own Bose solo soundbar. The zvox met all my expectations, that's why I now have two of them!!

does exactly what it is supposed to. Had an old tv with a broken volume knob and an elderly relative with poor hearing. This and a new tv worked wonders.

Sleep function appears to turn off machine immediately after activation of TV

Sound definition and volume are great for our viewing situation. Serves as a tv base as well.

Sound bar not working well. I am not sure if it is the optical cable or just a bad connection or a bad sound bar. The Geek Squad will come back next week to check out the problem. The problem strted with the Harmany universal remote was added?

It works very good in my bedroom. The sound is amazing for a smaller room.
