The sound quality is better than the speakers of a TV. ZVOX is also great in preventing clutter with lots of speakers. The only problem I have is that my remote turns on the cable and TV. I programmed ZVOX to turn on with the cable button. However, now both the TV and cable buttons turn on and off the ZVOX. Other than that, I would recommend ZVOX.

You can't believe the sound quality that comes out of this small, single cable installation that takes only 3 minutes. It's better than most multi component and surround speaker systems and is only a single sound bar. Incredible sound and value.

Plenty of base, has greatly improved my tv watching experience. Easy to set up to your remote.

Have a Samsung 46ES8000 with down firing rear speakers. Have to crank the sound to hear anything. Being a bedroom TV, have to be mindful of the lady sleeping next to me. After installing was quite pleased with the sound, rich deep tones like being in a theater. Only problem now is she's staying up with me to watch! With all that Pure sound coming out the front, man it's Excellent.

Sounds great ,easy set-up with one power cord and audio cord. Better than BOSE

Sits under the TV easy to connect sounds wonderful! Base is enough to annoy the neighbors. If you are looking for a simple and quality sound system to connect your flat screen to at a reasonable price point you can not lose with this box. Great customer service from zvox.

Little pricey but really easy to setup and has great sound. 46 in TV fits on top with no issue. easier to link to your cable remote. sound quality is much better than I thought.

IT IS A GREAT SOUND BAR. WE WANTED TO GET THE SAMSUNG SOUND BAR SYSTEM SAME PRICE. BUT WE ARE SO GLAD WE CHOOSE THE ZVOX. THE SOUND IS SO AMAZING! ! WE LOVE IT!

Great home sound system for a small space. The unit fits nicely under my TV, yet compact enought to place inside a cabinet if desired.

I have been wanting to replace my tv speakers because they stink. Was all set to buy a Bose for more money BUT reviews rate the Zvox higher and the Zvox is cheaper. Then discovered that Bose can only handle up to 32" TV! Easy decision or so I thought. The 420. on sale but back ordered. Then the next day get email saying shipped? Got it asap but wrapped in Best Buy tape? Not a good sign because they sent me an open box item as new? It did not work! I called Bestbuy.com who could Not get me another one, said go to my local store for help? But sent me a gift card for my trouble. I called Zvox and they are great. They emailed me a UPS label and after I sent it back, they sent me a replacement 420. Amazing!

I have a been researching something for my 5s, Mac Air, and iPod for at least 5 weeks. Research: reviews after reviews, after reviews of Soundbars, 2.1 systems,5.1 systems, probably about 30 Bluetooth speakers, Sound bases/cabinets, etc.. I narrowed it down to five "units": All in fairly comparable price ranges: Boston Acoustics Soundware Digital Cinema xs w/ wireless subwoofer, Soundcraft CS3, Zvox 420, Polk AudioIHT 3000 and Boston Acoustics TVEE model 26. All rated good to very good average in all reviews with the Soundcraft rated the highest(@ $400 on sale it had better) I Did not get to listen to the CS3 or Soundware Dig. Cinema of these systems but the CS3 had a few reviews of "gong out" after a short period of time, scared me away (+ the $400+ cost). The choices were narrowed down to the Zvox 420, The Digital Cinema, and TVEE Model 26. I chose the Zvox unit and am not disappointed. I don't have it hooked to a TV, just use it for my music and streamed movies off of the laptop. The best "speaker" for the money. What about Bluetooth? The included cables are more than sufficient, Digital optical cable, coaxial digital, and male to male for the font or rear input. And if you really want bluetooth, there are some very good bluetooth receivers out there, I have ordered the Avantree Roxa, in which I will review later. Great sound for <$250, beats the heck out of many "competitors". Buy this unit before BestBuy runs out, you will Not be sorry. Thank you.

Finally decided to give the ZVOX a try after all the reviews I read. This is a really great sounding unit. It is very clear sounding with more than adequate bass response. There isn't much difference between the 3 sound fields, but they do adjust the timbre of the sound. The speech enhancer is great for late night viewing and the output leveling is great for those noisy commercials. It isn't 5.1 surround, but for a box with one wire connection, this thing sounds great.

The Z-Base provides great sound, and the dialog enhance option is nice when the background sounds drown out the people speaking. Fits perfect under our TV and looks great.
