A: I spent a solid 4 hours talking to customer service at Samsung AND at Best Buy and finally got some answers. The model WA48H7400AW/AA has been approved and certified by Samsung to be safe and not affected by the recall. It is an improved version of the same model (WA48H7400AW/A2) they just didn't want to advertise it as the same model to reduce confusion. Hope this helps!

A: The washer has a permanently attached power cord. The comparison chart is in error.
Q: does washer fill up with water
A: No it doesnt. Based on the weight of the load, it fills enough to soak clothes. This is why its water efficient. I was skeptical at first because you do not see a lot of water, but clothes come out perfectly fine.
Q: Does this washers water temp settings come with a warm / warm setting Warm wash And warm rinse
A: The selections are COLD, Eco Warm, Warm, and Hot.
Q: Is this washer affected by the recall?
A: Under the picture, right above Laundry Buying Guide, it says that is it NOT affected by the recall
A: The washer comes with the drain hose. It does not come with the two fill hoses.
A: The washer regulates itself by the size of the load.
