Excited about all this thing can do!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.We are really enjoying our new fridge so far. There’s so much it can do with technology that I’m sure we don’t even realize it all yet. We’ve used bixby often to check the weather or add to the shopping list and love playing music on it and using our doorbell. I like how we can make the dual zone whatever we want (freezer, wine, veggies, etc). I knew we were going to lose a bit of space with the counter depth size but we needed more room at the walkway, so we’re learning to deal with it. Can’t wait to learn more about this amazing piece of technology!

Smart fridge is too dumb
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.The fridge of my dreams became a nightmare. It has so many issues: alarm woke me up in the middle of the night. I wanted to use @YouTube @Facebook and @Twitter on the Smart screen but it never worked!!! and I have been dealing with Samsung for almost two years. First, they say they were going to exchange the fridge, then waited and waited until they had the guarantee expired, later said they were going to refund me my money and nothing had happened. Please think before buy one.

High tech Refrigerator

I love the features and there's plenty of Room for a family of 4, I had to return 3 before getting one that did not leak through the water dispenser. Other than that, I've had it now for more than a year & has not given me any issues. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the freezer bins are very flimsy

Wait, and the ability to stream my game to the kitchen while I grab a snack or an (adult) beverage? Never miss a kickoff to see who’s at the door? Yes take my money. Oh wait you already did. Don’t forget to mention that it’s magnetic, but you can also post photos to wallpaper your kitchen with accomplishment, gold stars and A+’s!

Q: QuestionI've heard that the Samsung Family Hub refrigerators have had issues with the auto ice makers freezing up and/or breaking within a year of purchase. Has Samsung done anything to correct this issue?

- A:Answer No. They have not done anything. My refrigerator is only 15 months old. The ice maker started leaking and then a noticed the temperature in the freezer was rising. The refrigerator temp was also rising. After a day my food was defrosting because the freezer temp reached 34 degrees and the refrigerator was 57 degrees. I called SAMSUNG and they had their service arm schedule me out 3 weeks. I asked if i could have another repair service look at my refrigerator sooner and they said NO. Having anyone else trying to repair the product would void the warranty. I had to pitch out almost $500 worth of food. If I were you, I would NOT buy a SAMSUNG refrigerator.
