A: Apparently, yes. Just make sure you get a model that starts with "SM-T577," as there are different versions.

A: Can't say about Navionics, but according to the Specs, it has GPS.
Q: Is this device compatible with the Verizon network?
A: What part of "unlocked" is confusing you?
Q: What is the brightness of display in nits or cd/m2?
A: You have to look at the Specification Sheet (not to be confused with "Specifications"), which is always a bit hidden, but there it states "480 nits / High Brightness Mode 700 nits."
Q: Why does the listing state "unlocked?" Why would it be considered locked?

Great product
Due to the sellers delay. I ordered this product elsewhere. The product itself is excellent. It is compact yet a powerful device that does plenty. You can tell it is a quality well built device.
