Love the concept. Not this generation
So in truth I thought I bought the new flip5 but when it arrived I realized it was the original one. The phone itself took so getting used to as I came from Apple but I love the flip feature. I think the phone would have been a 5 star for me if it was the new one with the front screen which would have helped with responding to messages and selfies. I really wanted to like this phone and I’m not sure if it was because it was a refurb but it was slow. Like a full 10 seconds to load a page. Any page. I found the battery also didn’t last very long. I ended up returning it because I feel it just didn’t work right and I went back to Apple.
