A U.S. debit or credit card is also required for purchases.

How does Zip work? Zip payments explained

Zip payments are designed to be straightforward and manageable, with your first installment due at checkout. This initial Zip payment secures your purchase, while the remaining payments are automatically scheduled in two-week increments. Before completing your transaction, you’ll receive a clear payment schedule so you know exactly when your installments are due. To help you stay on track, Zip sends reminders before each payment. You can also use the Zip app to check your payment schedule, update your payment method or even pay off your balance early if you choose. If you ever need to send a purchased item back, you can refer to Best Buy’s return and exchange policy and Zip will automatically be notified of your return. Whether you’re shopping online for supplies to set up your smart home or purchasing unique gifts to bring to a holiday party in-store with a Zip credit card, each order is reviewed separately for approval when making multiple purchases with Zip. And, all your payments can be managed easily within the Zip app.
