Features

  • Larger-than-life sound

OpenDots 2 packs powerful audio into a compact design with Shokz Bassphere™ 2.0. Paired with MirrorPitch™ Technology, sound is precisely angled directly into your ear for enhanced bass, boosted volume, and a fuller, hyper-focused listening experience.

  • Upgraded Dolby Audio and customizable sound

Experience Dolby Audio with rich, thumping bass, a wide soundstage, and clear, lifelike detail. You can also tailor your listening for any moment with 4 preset EQ modes—Standard, Bass, Vocal, and Private.

  • Controlled sound leakage

DirectPitch™ Technology guides sound to your ears, reducing leakage so your audio stays private while you remain aware of your surroundings. For a more discreet listening experience, activate Private Mode in the Shokz App.

  • Light, stable, and easy to wear

Enjoy a stable fit and lasting comfort. The thin, contoured silicone design weighs just 6.4g per earbud* to minimize pressure, and a flexible nickel-titanium JointArc™ adapts seamlessly to your ear shape.

  • Your voice stays front and center

Keep your calls clear in any environment. One bone conduction and two air conduction microphones, combined with AI noise reduction and adaptive beamforming, block ambient noise and focus on your voice.

  • 40 hours of battery and wireless charging

Get up to 40 hours of total listening time and 10 hours on a single charge*. A quick 5-minute charge delivers 2 hours of playback*. When it is time to recharge, simply set the case on a wireless charging pad.

  • Smart and seamless listening

Wear either earbud interchangeably. Dynamic Ear Detection Technology automatically identifies left and right, while wear detection pauses playback when you take them off and resumes when you put them back on.

  • Precise dual controls

Simply tap the JointArc™ or pinch the battery to play, pause, and skip tracks. A force sensor in the pinch control ensures precise operation and prevents accidental touches, while tap control handles everyday actions.

  • IP57 sweat and water resistance

Rated IP57*, OpenDots 2 is designed to handle sweat and rain with ease, making it a reliable choice for workouts, daily commutes, and travel.

  • Bluetooth® 6.1 stability

Bluetooth® 6.1 supports a stable wireless connection of up to 33 feet*. Pairing starts automatically when you open the case, so you’re connected quickly and ready to listen.

  • Take control with the Shokz App

Personalize your listening experience by activating Dolby Audio, customizing EQ settings, and assigning gesture controls. You can also locate your earbuds, check battery status, and connect multiple devices with MultiPoint Pairing.

    Girlfriend approved!

After owning my own pair and loving them, my girl friend tried them and decided she needed a pair of her own! Not only are they absolutely comfortable but the audio quality is surprisingly good. Very stylish and sleek and don’t cause ear pain after wearing for long periods of time. We love being able to listen to our music and hear eachother at the same time (these can get pretty loud if you crank up the volume though!). Over all a great earbud and the most comfortable!

    Great open earbuds

Short quick and simple. Great sound coming from an open ear design. Comfort is effortlessly like you’re not even wearing them. Battery life haven’t had an issue yet

    Shokz OpenDots 2

I love the sound. I tried almost all models, new and previous ones and I liked this the most. The battery life is great. I never have to worry about charging it every now and then, for my personal use of course. I use these coming to and from work, walking 1.4 miles one way, listening to my favorite music, and without missing a phone call. I just love my purchase.

    Exceeded My Expectations

I bought these after my Powerbeats Pro stopped working and was skeptical about the open-ear design, but I've been pleasantly surprised. They're lightweight, the case is compact, charging is simple, and I like that either earbud can go in either side of the case or either ear. The sound quality is good, and I enjoy being able to hear what's going on around me while wearing them. My only complaints are that I wish they got a little louder, and I occasionally have to adjust their position on my ear to get the clearest sound. If you're looking for earbuds that completely block outside noise with a snug fit, these aren't the best choice. But if you want comfortable, portable earbuds that let you stay aware of your surroundings, they're a solid option.

Questions & Answers

  • I accidentally dropped the case with earbuds inside from about 4-5 ft to tiled floor. Should I be worried?

Hi there- Shokz here! A 4-to-5-foot drop onto a hard tile floor is a significant impact, but because the earbuds were inside the case, the case took the brunt of the kinetic energy, acting as a shield for your Shokz OpenDots 2. Shokz constructs these with premium materials—including a resilient nickel-titanium alloy inside the earbuds—meaning they are built to survive everyday mishaps. Please reach out to our Customer Happiness Team or visit our Shokz site if you experience any questions. Thank you.
