A: You are not receiving "electric shocks" what you are getting are static build up. You can use a dryer sheet to wipe down the hose and / or tank that will remove the static. You can use a collection bag for dry debris, it will depend on the gallon size of your vacuum which you need. There is a filter replacement label on the back of your tank that lists the filters that will work with your unit. Q: According to the specification listing, the hose is only 7 INCHES long. Can this be true?!
A: It’s definitely NOT 7”. I’d guess it’s about 3 feet or so. It’s not super long, but there’s plenty of attachments. We use our to clean the guinea pig enclosure and it’s long enough to reach every area.
Q: will 1 1/4 inch accessories fit this model/
A: Yes they will.

A: No the bag is disposable.
Q: I need something that's going to suck up water. as strong as possible . and least expensive

Q: What is the diameter of the hose? Cannot find the info on the product page.
A: This is a 1.25" diameter hose.
Q: Just curious if someone knows how to put the bag on inside? I can't seem to figure it out.
