"Quality Scale from Lem...I recently purchased this scale knowing Lem manufacturers high quality products! ...Extra Large Scale...As I love to bake from scratch and in large quantities weighing ingredients is the most reliable system of measurement. My 11 lb limit scale cannot handle the times I volumize my recipe."
