"Great sleep tracker, decent activity tracker...The rings sleep and readiness functions are great and my sleep schedule has dramatically improved since using the ring. The activity tracking can be a little weird at times, with the ring thinking I’m working out anytime I shower or do other random tasks throughout the day, although this may improve as I continue to enter my activities that set the ring to asking what I am doing. ...Overall, highly recommend it as the top device for sleep-tracking. Readiness & Activity are great as well, but the Ring does come with some limitations with gym workouts (ie: dumbbells). "
