Fantastic ring...What lets it down are the tags - nothing for menopausal symptoms or eg for fibroids (abdominal pain/bleeding) that impact sleep greatly/intermittently. "Does not record workout...It does not records a workout unless prompted. Under the activity button there should at least be a + sign to easily record one....I am very happy with it so far as it tracks rem, deep, light and awake times of a night’s sleep. It tracks other fitness functions as well such as blood oxygen, heart rate and workouts."
