Love it....smart buy...It also has a 52 mm filter thread, the same as most manual focus and inexpensive DX lenses, so you only have to carry one size of filter and not drive yourself crazy....The 35mm focal length is perfect for indoors allowing the user to take in subjects, epecially where with a 50mm a wall would have stopped you from backing up any further for the shot, even head shots of people across a table from you as one review mentioned.
Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G Standard Lens: Whether you're a beginner or professional, you'll love this compact, lightweight lens from Nikon. The normal angle of view captures approximately what the human eye sees, making it a great all-around lens. Plus, the f/1.8 maximum aperture is ideal for creating softly blurred backgrounds and shooting in low light.
Awesome lense...Great lense...The manual focus wasn't a drawback....New to having a DSLR and all, but I like the versatility of taking low light photo's without the harsh lighting that can come with using a flash, which is the main reason I purchased this lens.
Nikon AF NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8D Standard Lens: The wide-open aperture of this versatile Nikon lens allows you to capture photos in most situations without a flash. Whatever you're shooting, you'll get consistently sharp results at dusk, dawn or even in dim indoor lighting. Weighing just 5.5 oz., it makes a convenient carry-around lens for shooting stills and video.
Nice lens...Good buy!...Pictures are sharp however I feel to get the sharpness you need to use manual focus....However that isn't really the purpose of any wide angle lens, so as long you adjust the shutter and iso respectfully the f4.5 shouldn't be a problem.
With an STM (stepping motor) and focus mechanism, this Canon EF-S 9519B002 zoom lens allows you to record ultrasharp videos or capture crisp photos using your compatible Canon camera. The UD lens element helps you take highly realistic images.
Fast motor....Nice lens!...Its ultrasonic autofocus motor (USM) enables fast, smooth and silent autofocus action and full-time manual focus override allows for the precision of manual focus even in One Shot AF mode....But in general the image quality is the best that you can get, a very very cool lens, the best of the best, if you are searching to take head shots only.
Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM Standard Lens: This Canon 50mm lens has an unusually large maximum aperture so you can get detailed pictures even in low light without needing a flash. It's excellent for basic portraits and scenic shots, especially at night.
Great Lens....Great lens...Manual focus is controlled with a broad, easy to manage textured ring about mid-body on the lens....Camera gear is obviously quite expensive, so I've been trying to save money by purchasing lenses that are great, but maybe not praised as much as some of the more popular professional ones.
Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Medium Telephoto Lens: Get sharp, clear photos with this Canon medium telephoto lens that delivers vibrant color and clarity with fast, quiet focusing. The 85mm focal length draws attention to your subject and transforms the background into a soft blur for professional-quality portraits and impeccably detailed close-up shots.
Allows for detailed macro photography....Great lens for up close and distant shots....The one ting I've found is that the manual focus works better then the autofocus when I'm taking pics of my turtles....Is an outstanding compliment to my camera accessories.
The HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) in this Sigma 883306 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS Macro HSM digital zoom lens enables fast, precise autofocus when used with your compatible APS-C-format Nikon digital camera. The OS (optical stabilizer) ensures crisp shots.
Great Lens...NOT BAD...I realized it wouldn't have the IS or a fast auto focus, but all I had to do was raise the shutter speed and use it in manual mode (which is fun anyway) and the shots came out exactly the way I wanted them to....quick and easy to attach, love the way it takes pictures from a distance and the look like you are right at the object you are taking pictures of....Outside getting a combo lens (more money) this was excellent value included in the canon black Friday combo.
Canon EF 75–300mm f/4–5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens: An ideal lens for photography enthusiasts who want to take their creativity to the next level, this telephoto zoom lens provides a long focal reach for taking close-ups shots from a distance. Take action shots while sitting on the sidelines at games and events, photograph wildlife without getting too close and capture incredible details on your next vacation.
Good lens...Love it...Manual focus compensates well at that point....It gives a very nicely effect for blurry backgrounds (don't know the right terminology), and also it forces me to move to get the right spot to get everything in frame.
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM Standard Lens: Capture important moments in your life with this standard lens, which works with your compatible Canon DSLR EF-mount camera. A circular aperture with 7 blades helps you add creative background blur.
Not bad...I like it...Manual focus and auto functions are easy to use....But over all I like this lens for a starter lens, but would recommend the combination lens over this one, if you have a choice and the money, but as I said this one came with the bundle.
Snap sharp, vibrant photos at a distance with this Canon EF-S 8546B002 telephoto lens, which features a 55-250mm focal length for flexible zooming and optical image stabilization to reduce the effects of camera shake.
Love it!...strong lens...Also has a manual focus....I'm using it with my sony a7ii light weight and pairs perfect even tho it doesn't have image stabilization it's ok the a7ii has it already

It has a fast aperture of f/1.8 for solid performance under low-light conditions, and it can get in close to your subject — up to 1.5 feet. Add a 49mm filter to your Sony 50mm lens for lens protection and polarization effects.
Love it...Superb Lens...However, using the manual focus fixed the majority of this problem---just to keep in mind for beginners....You can capture great wide angle images at 28mm and zoom in on birds and other wildlife at 300mm and still get great images.
Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 28–300mm f/3.5–5.6G ED VR Standard Zoom Lens: This lens lets you photograph a scene from multiple perspectives, whether you aim to capture the expanse of a bridge or the flight of a bird. The minimum focusing distance of 18 inches lets you can zero in close on your subjects. Its lightweight build and versatility make it an excellent lens for travel photography.
Awesome lens...Nice lens...Auto focus is sometimes goofy, but the manual focus is excellent....Optically, the lens performs flawlessly, though as others have noted, it can hunt for focus if you rely on AF in low light conditions.
Enjoy crystal-clear macro shooting with your compatible a7-series camera by attaching this Sony SEL90M28G lens, which features Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, advanced aspherical elements and super ED glass with multicoating for sharpness.
nice lens...seems awesome...You can unintentionally slide out of steadyshot or manual focus and not notice....After testing both in store I decided the extra reach and ability to focus in closer on objects was worth it to me.
Get a little closer to your subject with this Sony 70-300mm lens. Built-in optical stabilization delivers solid results even under low-light conditions, and the dust-resistant design helps prevent speckles from forming on the sensor itself. Narrower apertures from f/4.5-5.6 ensure you get wider depths of field with this Sony 70-300mm lens.
Love it!...The Best...Also, the zoom ring is very smooth and relatively short throw and the on demand manual focus is a nice touch for critical work....I knew I was gonna catch grief from the wife but when we hit the park to take pics and she reviewed them on the camera her jaw dropped along with mine the pics are phenomenal of the kids, the bokeah is off the charts people if you are waiting like I did for nearly a year just buy it you'll be glad you did.
Canon EF 70–200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Telephoto Zoom Lens This telephoto zoom lens is an essential tool for professional photographers and skilled amateurs. The variable focal length makes it useful for photographing a broad range of subjects, and the 2.8 maximum aperture functions well in low-light situations. Snap candid portraits, stop the action at sporting events or compose wedding photos with exceptional blurred backgrounds.
Best lens...Good deal...Offers a nice "Standard" view of your scene, nice fast aperature at wide open (f1.8) and closes all the way down to f/22 (depending on the body and the amount of light, among other things)....The only reason to jump to another 50 mm lens is the two f/1.4's give you 2/3 of a stop more light, as otherwise the f/1.4G is slower to focus and not as sharp until you stop it down, and when shooting wide open is subject to sagittal coma flare, and the f/1.4D's optical formula is from the 1970's and also needs to be stopped down.
