Choosing replacement recirculating range hood filters starts with checking your hood’s model number and the manufacturer’s compatibility requirements. Filter dimensions, mounting hardware and installation location can vary, so a charcoal range hood filter that looks similar may not provide the correct fit or airflow. Some convertible range hoods also require a separate recirculation kit to operate in ductless mode.
