Can't go wrong with Sony....Purchased, hoping I could improve my ability to hear the voices over the background audio — although there is a “Voice” preset button this unit didn’t improve the separation between voices and whatever other audio is present — the Sony TV audio does a better job after a lot of tweaking I might add — to be fair the Television is in a room with 22’ ceilings in an open concept space — that issue aside, the unit is good for a Soundbar at it’s price point — only presets, no individual tweaking except what your Television offers — I couldn’t get the Bass to fade away to hear the voices without setting the volume to an uncomfortable level — Hearing Aids on or off, wife home or not, other Televisions in the house on or off, and or patio door open or closed (neighbors close) — Music sounds very good — no issues with sound quality or installation — have moved this to the upstairs Bonus Room that has 9’ ceilings and all is well"
