Good zoom....Good buy...upon purchasing this lens, I forgot to make sure it had image stabilization (which upon further research is a much much more expensive option) so ended up using my 55-250mm kit lens more often....As for the lighting it does require more light obviously but with the right settings not a lot of image graining occurs and you can still get the picture, use of a tripod is recommended but a steady hand could work....Outside getting a combo lens (more money) this was excellent value included in the canon black Friday combo.
Canon EF 75–300mm f/4–5.6 III Telephoto Zoom Lens: An ideal lens for photography enthusiasts who want to take their creativity to the next level, this telephoto zoom lens provides a long focal reach for taking close-ups shots from a distance. Nice lens...Good Lens...This one is fully compatible with my camera, and the image stabilization and auto focus work really well (a good thing, since the lens is a bit heavy for me for hand-held photography)...Now my pics are coming out super clear and I'm able to get those priceless moments that you can't get when you're having to chase something around
Snap sharp, vibrant photos at a distance with this Canon EF-S 8546B002 telephoto lens, which features a 55-250mm focal length for flexible zooming and optical image stabilization to reduce the effects of camera shake.
I love it...Good lense...Took to beach on first day to just try it out...was happy when I got home to see what it could do....a very nice compliment to the 18-55 kit that came with my a3000....And surprise Strohm a magnification this little legs does on the new Sony camera meet my Canon lenses , Would highly recommend this to any new Sony camera that uses the E lenses...got this on a black friday deal with my sony A6000, haven't used it much.

Nice Lens...Love it....The lens has a nice feel to it, it's not too heavy, the zoom ring is slightly firm but smooth, and the Vibration Reduction works well....The lens allows me to zoom in on subjects and capture more natural gestures as opposed to having to be close and receive forced photo smiles from my kids- it definately adds a more professional feel to the images I am now taking.
Cover every shot with this all-in-one Nikon 18-140mm camera lens that lets you zoom from wide-angle to telephoto without missing a beat. Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass creates amazing contrast, and the zoom enables crisp images as close as 1.48 feet away. This Nikon 18-140mm camera lens features a Silent Wave Motor (SWM) for super quiet clicks.
I love it...As a bonus....Unlike other larger zoom lens where you loose some stability while taking pictures if you have zoom extended to maximum and quality of the pictures blur, this lens took excellent pictures, even in dimmer lighting....I believe I saved nearly $150 on the lens and much cheaper than buying the one lens that replaces the freebee that comes with the camera and this one being reviewed.
With Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, this Sony NEX SEL55210 lens makes it easy to take clear, steady photos and videos with your Sony NEX digital camera. The 3.8x zoom lets you hone in on distant subjects from far away.
Great Bokah...No regrets...I've a fair collection of primes to compare it to, some of which are L glass, and I've got some great L zooms as well; yet for portraits, I inevitably turn to this specific lens as it outperforms everything else I own in the successful shooting methodologies I find myself returning to over and over....One last point is that since the lens is a fairly fast design, perhaps there is less overall need for IS (though that argument falls completely apart the first time you *do* need it!) It takes a 58mm filter, though I highly recommend the use of the ET-65 III hood rather than a filter; filter use should be limited to polarizers, neutral density filters and so on, rather than keeping a filter on the lens with the idea of protecting it.

Very sharp....I love it....if you're looking to upgrade from the hefty and annoying flipping of lenses from the 18-55 and 55-200 mm then this is the lens for you....It's expensive considering you could buy a couple of decent prime lenses for the same amount, but I wanted to by a DX lens with VR for my D7000, and something light and with a decent range.

Tack sharp....Nice lens...I have used it to take pictures of a lioness that is so sharp, you cannot only see her snarl you can hear her when you look at the picture....Still learning the finer points of its use with the different camera settings, but even that has been enjoyable.

Amazing Lens...Outstanding lens...I do wish this was an F4, but today's cameras are so good in low light that it still works great....It gives me enough zoom to capture most anything, the image quality is nice and it's not too bulky for most travel.

Great lens...Very sharp....and it is SHARP definitely one of the sharpest lens that canon has even at f/2...Great however (just like 85 L) I would add that the lens has some back-front focusing issues.

G master...Fantastic portrait lens...The hood also have a little button or clip to the lens, which I think is a nice touch....With my A7R II, the photos I take are sharp, the bokeh renders to beautifully, the colors are dreamy, and it's very addicting.
