Great overhead and cozy book

Works for general lighting above and for reading my book below. I have a couple, one in the corner for ambient light, with the book light at my desk. It works to keep my work illuminated. Basically, it’s a lamp that does what you want a lamp to do. The base is decently heavy, keeping it well planted, but no so heavy as to make moving it a hassle. Assembly was easy. Just screw the parts together. The black at least makes it so you dont notice the segments.

My living room doesn’t have a light fixture on the ceiling so I need something to go behind my sectional to add light. The little lamps I had were cute but not enough light. This lamp was perfect!
