Q: Can this be charged on 220 volts?
A: Hello shoan, Thanks for your interest in Sony's SRS-RA3000 Premium Wireless Speaker with Ambient Room-filling Sound! Unfortunately, the SRS-RA3000 Premium Wireless Speaker with Ambient Room-filling Sound doesn't have a built-in battery to charge. The SRS-RA3000 purchased in the US/CA uses a two-prong AC Power Cord (that connects to a power outlet) with a power requirement of 120 V AC, 60 Hz to operate. And with the use of a power converter, 220V could be used. I hope you find this information to be helpful! Best regards, Romeo
Q: Does this speaker's wi-fi connection support Apple AirPlay?
A: Hi MacOwner, Unfortunately, this speaker does not support Airplay. It connects via bluetooth and wi-fi to play music. And, it is only capable of listening to music via Wifi connection using Amazon music, Tidal, Spotify, and other streaming services that provide 360 Reality Audio compatible music. For more information on how to setup the speaker to compatible streaming music apps, please refer to the link/s below: https://helpguide.sony.net/ha/srsra3000/v1/en/contents/TP1000521777.html https://helpguide.sony.net/ha/srsra3000/v1/en/contents/TP1000521778.html https://helpguide.sony.net/ha/srsra3000/v1/en/contents/TP0002936063.html https://helpguide.sony.net/ha/srsra3000/v1/en/contents/TP0002936061.html Hope this helps! Q: Can I use this speaker with Alexa?
A: undefined
A: Hi dourip, Thank you for your inquiry! Although you can pair the SRSRA3000 using Bluetooth A2DP to Sony TVs, unfortunately, the SRSRA3000 does not support Bravia Sync which requires HDMI connection. I hope this helps. Regards, Carl
Q: Are these speakers compatible with the ATMOS Sound Bar System HT-a7000 and sub woofer SA-SW3?
A: Hi Cheesehead, Thank you for your inquiry. You cannot use the RA3000 as part of the Atmos surround sound system for home theater if this is what you are trying to achieve. The soundbar is capable of being a Bluetooth transmitter and receiver. When in transmit mode, you can play the audio to BT devices like BT headphones and BT speakers. So yes, you can send the BT audio from the A7000 to the RA3000 but it would be for that specific device only. Should you have additional questions, contact us at [email protected]. I hope this helps. Regards, Carl

Not impressed for a Sony at this price. I got this on sale for $200 and even at that price I’m a bit disappointed. I purchased it for a living room speaker when having small parties and get togethers however the louder the volume the worse the speaker performs Less base and crispness of sound the high the volume. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone for $400 but at $200 it may suite your needs. I’m going to consider the Sonos move now

Excellent sound quality. Recommend using Tidal music service for hifi audio. The 360 RA is a gimmick IMO. Very limited selection of songs in 360RA - vocals stand out, but other tracks in the song seem "off".
