This phone is light, fast works smoothly.. also as of 1-14-21. I have Metro by TMoblile n it works fine just visit a corporate store to activate not an authorized dealer they have no clue!! The phone works great on the network!! A bit expensive but I love Sony phones wouldn't buy any other brand this is my 5th Sony n never disappoints...
I have been an LG user for many years, and I wanted something with similar features. This has a headphone jack, expandable storage, and a lot of camera controls. It is smaller and lighter than my old V50, in part thanks to the taller aspect ratio. I find it to be more comfortable to hold and easier to manage.
The screen's high refresh rate makes it feel really responsive. The battery life is pretty good. I can make it until evening with about 25% left without much effort.
I have had no issues on Verizon.
The phone is really slippery, so I leave it in the case most of the time.

Perfect Upgrade for Verizon Account
Owned for 1 week when reviewed.
Slim, sleek, fast responsiveness, great audio, great camera, easy to set up with Verizon (move SIM card from prior Verizon phone to this), great additional SIM slot for my 256 Gigs of ripped music (used in LG V20 prior phone), wonderful battery life and power managent.
Good instructions, easy to install. Though it is very expensive compared to printer itself. But if lasts a while then the hassle to run out of ink is worth it.
Why these cartridges can’t be refilled to save the waste?
Is it because the company wants to make money so consumers buy it vs getting it refilled.
I purchased this phone mostly for taking video and pictures while travelling. I love not carrying a bulky camera bag with me. The pictures look good (not as good as a DSLR). The video looks great. It also works as a phone. No issues anywhere so far making calls. Overall this is a nice phone.
for information of those who like Sony and plan to buy this phone and have service with Metro PCS, and that company is not compatible, which is why I returned this Sony, on the page it says that they withdrew this brand and some others
Had it for a few weeks now, and it's a solid phone.
My last phone was a Sony Xperia AX2, and I absolute loved it. I was super bummed that my phone company told me it was no longer gonna work. They also gave like no notice so I had about a week to find a new phone. I consider the Samsung Galaxy 21, Google Pixel 6, and the Sony Xperia 5 III. After comparing the three the Xperia was the clear winner.
As a girl, all of my pants have teeny tiny pockets so size was a huge factor. It's a tad taller than my pervious phone but the same height as the other 2 phones I was looking at. It's pretty thin overall, the camera does stick up a little bit but with the case I bought it makes it flush. It's a tad narrow compared to other phones and it did take a little adjustment to get use to. Weight wise it is nice and light.
The main buying factor in my opinion was the head Phone Jack and Micro SD card slot. While the audio jack isn't something I use all of the time, but it is handy enough to want one. The SD card shot thought is super mandatory for me. For a phone that's basic a camera that makes calls, having enough space to save photos is super needed. Speaking of memory 128gb is a plenty of space, but with the SD slot you can easily double it.
The camera takes incredible pictures. You can use the basic camera, or you can adjust setting to get one that's just right. Plus the camera button is nice. You can either use the shutter button like a camera or the touch screen like other phones.
The UI of the phone is pretty standard for Android, and it's easy to sort and move apps and icons. Sound quality for phone calls is good it doesn't sound muffed or anything like that. I have noticed that sometimes that screen will flicker greenish when it switches from the lock screen to the home screen.
Lastly you are gonna want to buy a case and screen protector for it right away, Being a tad narrower than I am use to, I did drop it a few time the first few days. I couldn't find any cases on here so I got mine from Amazon. Even thought it was a bit more than I wanted to pay at this point in time, I am super happy with my purchase.

Sony Xperia 5 III review: a flawed diamondТhe Xperia 5 III is a technology masterpiece. It's pretty, fast, and comes packed full of features. However, small hiccups here and there spoil the flagship experience promised by the hefty price of the Xperia 5 III.
