A: Just sat on hold with them for an hour and a half, and was transferred to 5 different people only to be told that apparently it is a "known issue" that they didnt' get enough download codes, and said to give it 24-48 hours, despite the 4 previous people I spoke with somehow not knowing this. And apparently that won't stop them from scamming customers by leaving up the digital download purchase in their store, as if they have available copies for purchase. I cancelled my order, purchased it through Steam, and I'm already downloading the game. I'm not shopping there ever again.
