A: I spoke to a Bestbuy digital download division person on the phone last night and he said they haven’t gotten the codes from Bathesda/Xbox yet so they can’t email them until then. He also said that they should be emailed out when the early access begins today at 8 PM ET. Probably the last time I order a digital game through Bestbuy if they’re going to be that late on this stuff. You can download it through the Xbox app but hopefully we all get our codes to play early asap!

A: It uses the XBOX Game launcher. For win 10 and 11 it's just the green Xbox application.
