Q: Are there 7 or 9 shelves? The picture shows 7, but one of the previous answers indicated there were 9. Are the shelves moveable? How hard is it to assemble? Is the material particle board? Is the color in the photo the true color or is it black?

A: It comes with 9 shelves. However in order to get the 132 Blu-ray discs or 114 DVDs or 261 CDs you would use 7 shelves like the picture. 3 Shelves are fixed but you can use the other shelves to make different height shelves in the event you use them for something other than blu-rays, dvds, or cds. Easily adjustable, the shelves just lay on metal pins you set to a certain height. It's easy to assemble. The one frustrating thing is the instructions don't tell you that you need to pay attention to make sure all the finished sides of the wood face the same way so I had some redos, but if I knew that going in very easy.. The back is particle board. Color is Maple not Black.

A: The dimensions of the storage cabinet are 13 x 6 x 54 inches.

Q: How are the CDs and DVDs being held in place? Does it have racks of any sort to keep the DVDs and CDs in place?

A: They sit on the shelves and gravity holds them in place.

A: 72" Tall; 13" Wide(less the 3/4" width for each of he two side panels if you want inside width dimension); Six" Deep (my number six digit key is shot) I will not intentionally discourage anyone for using the brace to attached shelf to wall, but after loading with cd's the entire cabinet seems sturdy enough: So much that I placed my 40" 4K HDTV on the top for better elevation which might behoove me even more to brace it after all.

Q: What is the actual color of this cabinet? It looks light brown but in some of the reviews it said it was dark in color. I want one that is light brown as I have an Oak Entertainment Center it will be placed next to.

A: The one I got was a light brown color just like the picture on the product page.

Q: How wide is the whole rack?

A: Wide enough to hold 20 normal sized dvd cases across.

Q: Some of the reviews say color is light. I'm hoping that espresso means dark like black coffee. Which color will I be getting when and if i order Atlantic summit media cabinet- espresso?. Tx
