A: It does not nor does it have USB ports

A: Yes, you can use Bluetooth keyboards with Surface Pro 8.
Q: Does it link up with digital X-rays?
A: If it has to be plugged in in order to be used then it probably will not work. This computer does not have the additional outlets such USB port as other computers do. If the digital X-ray is bluetooth then I am sure it will work fine
