A: Hi Jo! There's a safety button for your BMX battery to connect to the display. It prevents your battery from draining. It's located at the bottom of your frame, near the pedals and the chain. Press this down once and try turning on your display again. Just note, you only have to press this down once if you are using your e-bike daily. Your e-bike will charge if this button is pressed down or not. If you are storing your BMX e-bike for a long time, you can press it again so that the button pops out when it's not in use. We've attached a photo for your reference!

Simply amazing
Assembling this bike was a breeze, it boasts excellent speed, offers a comfortable and smooth riding experience, charges rapidly, and retains its charge for a considerable duration. Maxing the limits
Good for a kid but not powerful enough for a 200lbs adult. But may be too heavy for a kid. Pedals and other components are not the best. The finish is nice and looks low key. Less likely to be stolen. I had a $300 Kent eBMX and a that had a removable battery but definitely didn’t have the range or power this one had. Both equally at fun except for the twist throttle. Not sure if that feature is worth $500. But not looking like a fool on a pink bike. Priceless

Great bike
I personally purchased the bike to commute 2 miles to work. I got tired of Uber going up and down on prices and this lil puppy gets me to work within 5 minutes. For me well worth the purchase. Im 5”11 240 pounds and I believe the maximum weight is 265 and i have no issues with hitting max speed and tires feel strong and durable. All around great bike, and makes me feel like early teens all over again lol.
