FANTASTIC BOOST & MOTIVATOR
Posted .slimcoach is a great little gadget that motivates you to turn the circle green - to keep moving & push yourself. If anyone has anything negative to say about this item, it would be due to their own lack of dedication & nothing more. Item is such a help keep me on track piece of equipment, that I had purchased a second one for my husband too. Like anything else, you have to put in the work to get the results. If you aren't getting any results from this, then fact be known - you just simply aren't putting in the work.

Posted .I absolutely love my Mytrak Slimcoach, so far I've had it for two weeks now and have lost 10lbs. using it, so much easier than counting calories, it does all that for you, would buy it all over again.

Love the product
Posted .Very easy to use let's you know how many calories you burn and designs diet plan for you. I lost 4 pounds in the first week of using it. Takes the guess work out of planning a diet and exercise program.

Worst Purchase I have Ever Made
Posted .I bought this as a gift and the person I gave it had nothing but trouble with it. The battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. The system did not come with any instructions, so we had to go online and read instructions from there. The online instructions were not good at all; it left you still wondering what to do. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM TO ANYONE!!!
