This game is perfect for those who love playing for a long time, took me 3 hours to finish one case and absolutely love the details Capcom did for the switch port, overall wonderful game.

Another great entry into the Ace Attorney series. It is a prequel set over 100 years before the main games, and there is no need to have played any of the other games to enjoy this one, though you will find plenty of references to previous running gags that were funny.
I think I actually like the main cast of this series even more than I liked the original main cast. Herlock Sholmes in particular is something else, and his Deduction Spectaculars are entirely worth witnessing. He's definitely my favorite version of S(Holmes) ever.
This game also added about 3 fun new mechanics that aren't in the older games: Multiple witnesses on the stand, who react to what the other witnesses are saying, the aforementioned deduction segments with Sholmes, and the third one will appear some time in court that I don't want to give away any surprises for. All in all, this game is in all fairness not as long as the other ones, but it is highly polished and makes perfect use of the series's transition to 3D. Great Ace Attorney definitely feels like the culmination of every game that came before, and you get two 3DS games for the price of one beautiful HD port that looks fantastic on my TV. It's a steal!

The pacing is a bit off (slow start, fast finish), but it has everything I love about classic Ace Attorney, plus new twists that feel in keeping with what makes the originals so fun

This collection includes two previously-released titles, beautifully localized for the first time. If you're unfamiliar, the Ace Attorney series is the very best in courtroom adventure titles, bringing about thrilling cases that'll have you racking your brain to uncover the truth, and these games, set in the past, are no exception. For both fans old and new, this is a must-have and a definite must-play.
