The Martian [Extended Edition] [4K Ultra HD Blu-ray/Blu-ray] [2015]

The Martian on 4K may be the best representation of the format I've seen yet. Every detail of Mars, Matt Damon's suit, the Rover, HAB unit, and Hermes station are enhanced to the highest level. Colors can appear somewhat dull but that is consistent throughout the movie. The Disco music is perfect - especially when Mark is trying to heat up the Rover. This should be a must own for any fan of space movies!

This Science Fiction Movie Is Definitely Worth Watching. The main character Matt Damon puts on a show for the ages. It's definitely one of his best performances yet. Highly Recommend!!! 10/10

This is one of my absolute favorite movies involving isolation. The space travel is an added bonus. A few years back, I went into this movie fairly blindly (I never saw any previews for it, nor did I do any extensive research on it or read any reviews. I also had no clue that it was based off of a book). I am a Matt Damon fan, so I knew his acting would certainly deliver, and I was absolutely right. After the very first time I watched this film, I watched it again just a few days later because I enjoyed it so much. For me, that’s rare. This film was great in 1080p, but I am certain that if you ever watch it in 4K that you will never want to see it any other way, especially the extended version. The colors pop, the story is unimaginably engaging from start to finish and has a wonderful mixture of comedy (the ‘The Lord of the Rings’ reference in the presence of Sean Bean is grand) and heartwarming moments that will leave you thinking about things for hours to come after you finish the film, and everything in between.

Story was ok little slow but still ok nice to watch on 4k TV comes with digital code also ..

Online clearance purchase made based on great reviews....We did not get to see this in person and were a tad nervous about that but we were Blown Away by how beautiful this Samsung fridge is! The stainless has that beautiful shine you expect it to have and the lighting inside is excellent! Only complaint is the ice maker crackles at times so we only turn it on when the bin is low but off by bedtime or you might think there's someone walking about the house. IMHO, if you want a fridge with an ice maker but no water/ice dispenser, this is a winner....especially at less than $1000 delivered when you factor in your bonus points! Thanks to Best Buy for a Great buy!

This movie gives a realistic scenario, were one to be stranded on Mars. Many details involved that bring to light the extreme conditions present and how these conditions could result in immediate death..such as a Mar's nighttime tempatures are so cold...it actually boils the blood and then all exterior body simply goes into a cryogenic state

One of my favorite movies and I really enjoy sharing it with freinds. Looks and sounds fantastic on 4K UHD disc. Purchased this copy from Bestbuy during their early Black friday sale, had to own it on 4K disc.
