Things Are Tough all Over [DVD] [1982]

Tom Avildsen directs the comedy duo of Cheech and Chong in Things Are Tough All Over, which comes to DVD with a pair of transfers. The widescreen anamorphic tnrasfer preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1, and is preferable in every way to the standard full-frame image. English, French, and Portuguese soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Mono. Subtitles are accessible in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and Thai. Supplemental materials include trailers and talent files. This disc will please Cheech and Chong fans, but there is little here to recommend it for the average DVD consumer.
