Cap is showing red light while on charge , after a month of use it stopped working and not turning on . Calling Best Buy for returns or replacement

What a great idea! These bottles purify water on the go. All you need to do is make sure that the water is clear (not murky), and the bottle will work its magic. I have been using this bottle when traveling and hiking and it has been awesome!
