I sure am happy with this phone! At under 100.00 you get much more than you'd get with some pricier models with the newest version of Android 11, a fine set of cameras, plenty of storage with room for up to a terabyte more using SD. Also has a nice big beautiful screen. It's easy to set up and transfer your old data over and they had a Samsung rep right there in the store. They set it up for you if you like and pricing through Verizon isn't too bad. Not a super power user phone with just 2Gb RAM, but perfect for someone like me, who doesn't need a supercomputer and could care less about getting a second mortgage for an Apple. It does the job.

My phone had to be taken in for repairs and had to get a new phone that same day as a backup. This phone was the right price, but man it is slow. Has a lot of modern features, including Dolby Atmos, but its gut-wrenching slow. Takes forever for anything to start and the lock screen button has an "ok" button to start (who presses ok to start, just start after i put in the password). The phone got slower as i started to add more apps. The colors are faded and bleached. However, the big battery makes up for some of it. At the end of the day, its only temporary until i get my phone back (HTC U12+). Don't feel too confident about buying a Samsung, since LG has a much better and smarter interface (rest in peace). My last options will be Motorola and OnePlus. If you need a phone to get you by, this is the right one for the right place. But if you are trying to replace a phone or need a phone as your primary phone, stay away from this one. Perfect gift to torture children. PS- get the clear case, it makes it look cool.

For an $89 phone it’s not bad. If you’re an android user it will be simple for you to use we bought this for our 89 year old mother as her 3g flip phone was crapping out. We are all still learning how to use it. The 132 page user manual available online is a lifesaver. Overall I’d says it’s a pretty good phone. The voice clarity was an amazing change for us.

Good phone for the price. If you are a manual reader, the user manual doesn't match the software installed. Too many junk apps preinstalled. User interface and system settings could be designed better.

Good deal for the money. I lost my phone and needed a replacement for my Galaxy Note 20. It is very slow in processing requests, does not do 2 or more applications at a time with any efficiency. I did need to restart more often than my Note.
I would not want to use it as my permanent phone but it is a good backup and will keep the pay as you go Verizon plan just incase I am without my phone again. The staff at the Mansfield BBY were ama,ing and had the phone up and running before I left.

I got this phone as a temporary while assisting my phone with funeral arrangements to contact other family members and it worked so well with picture and regular functions I’m actually going to use the phone for my business now and get the number changed. This phone goes so many days without needing to be charged.

I needed something for my mom to use as her decade(s?) old flip phone finally bit the dust. She hates change. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the phone. She loves it and loves the storage. Loves how much easier it is to text too!
She even belonged out the phone with a sparkly case! She is now a styling 75 yr old!
A:Yes, They are stored on the phone. You do not have to use the cloud and you can easily disable the use of the cloud which is set as default. You can also add up to 1TB of additional space by adding another card.
