Q: Can I buy replacement piks and toothbrushes? Does it come with extras?
A: Comes with multiple water flosser tips, and two toothbrush heads. Saw replacement head packages at Costco for good price.
A: That's how mine works! It's loud but it's creating a lot of pressurized water to remove extra gunk between the teeth. Provides wonderful results
Q: Does this waterpik feature the ability to use the whitening tablets?
A: Yes it does have the ability to use the whitening tablets
A: The reality is you just have to "muscle" it off... grab it tightly with the brush between 2 fingers and pull …. HARD! It will come off with no damage to the unit. The replacement brush will then slide on easily. Hope this helps!
