Broke within 4 months, parts on backorder :(
Low profile is great! Fan speed is good. Touch screen doesn’t respond right away, as if the processor is lagging. Press buttons too many times, and it will jump though what you want, so difficult to tell if your input has been registered (fan and light controls). Purchased in February, broke 4 months later. Main control board is bad, shows F1E4 error, board is on a backorder, which tells me that many of these have the issue. Lost confidence in quality even if the microwave will be replaced, unless the board has been redesigned, but that would not be in a new unit I suppose, for they make them in large batches/volumes.
