Q: Will my current Whirlpool pedestal work with my new Whirlpool washer?
A: Yes mine were 15 years old
Q: Can I add clothing while the machine is actually washing?
A: Gianni, you are able to pause the cycle at the start of the cycle to add garments.
A: I did not get a pedestal, and I don't miss it. However, my washer is inside a laundry room. My dryer door could be changed to open the opposite way, but my washer door could not.
Q: Is the Load & Go XL Dispenser high enough off the floor to clear the lip of most drain pans / trays?
A: The bottom of the dispenser drawer is roughly 1 & 1/4" from the floor, but that's only goes for about 3" in depth. Then the main bottom of the machine reduces the height to about 1/2".
Q: What is the height of the units stacked ?
A: Each piece is 38 1/4 tall. So if you stack em, they'll end up being 6'-5 1/4" because the legs under the washer are extended one inch to be able to get a wrench under for adjustment. And could be as high as two more inches because of leg length. So, between six foot five and a quarter, ta six foot six and a quarter.

LOVE it!!
Long story short, we had an LG top loader that was awful and could never finish a load without going out of balance no matter what we did to fix it. We finally opted to upgrade and I in no way regret it. All my clothes smell great, the spin can sometimes get a little crazy starting off, but it spins my clothes nearly dry. I would not recommend this washer if you’re looking for something quiet. We have ours in the second floor hallway laundry closet and from downstairs it sounds like a helicopter taking off. As long as you don’t mind the noise, this is a wonderful machine and offers many helpful features.

Comfortable
Washing machine is actually very good. No problem it’s sleek and quiet. Getting the matching dryer in a week. Have a very small kitchen and for it to be big enough to fit my king size comforter with space. I LOVE IT. had to purchase the pedestal it just goes together
