Whirlpool - Front Control Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub, 3rd Rack, 50dBa - Black

OMGosh!!! Love this dishwasher. I was debating on whether to spend the extra money on one with lower sound rating but went with this one based on others review. It is incredibly quiet for a dishwasher when running. Loudest it gets is when filling up with water and not sure if even call it loud. I’m super happy. If you’re on the fence, go for it. Will not disappoint.

This dishwasher is so quiet that the first time we used it we thought it was broken. Lol. Cleans great!

Install was easy and I did it myself. It is very quiet and works like a dishwasher should! I have no idea where they came up with the 50dba rating, because it seems much quieter than that! We did have to buy a $3.99 adapter for the water inlet. I do like that the front is magnetic enough to use a "clean/dirty" magnet for easy identification for the whole family. It has 3 shelves/drawers/trays that pull out, and make it very easy to fit almost anything in it. The middle tray only adjusts all the way up or all the way down, no "in-between" So that seems like they left out something that most other comparable models have. Huge upgrade from our 2yr old samsung one of the same price range!

A friend of mine got this dishwasher about 3 months before me and could not stop talking about how amazing it was. I thought maybe she'd lost her mind because I've never heard someone so excited about a dishwasher. Then, my old dishwasher broke, so I took my friend's recommendation and got this Whirlpool dishwasher. I also read reviews across multiple websites (just in case my friend had lost her mind) and it received high-rated reviews everywhere. Now, I'm "that friend"! I love my dishwasher: 1. The racks are perfect, with dividers that truly keep glasses, mugs and dishes from clanking against each other. The top rack can be raised or lowered if needed. There's a smaller top rack for cooking utensils or other items that may not otherwise have a place. The main utensil holders have separators that help keep space between the items so they get washed thoroughly. You can also use it without the utensil separator 2. The dishwasher is QUIET. After the Geek Squad installed it, they ran a test cycle and I didn't hear it (I was sitting in the adjacent dining room). 3. It does a terrific job -- dishes are spotless, and no streaks 4. Several cycle modes, including Sani-Wash, quick mode, and sensor mode

I have had many Whirlpool products. I purchased a Black model and the seals leaked water all over the floor. I worked with Best Buy Customer Service and up graded to this one. It performs well but does not have the flexible racks. At least I don't have to wash dishes by hand. I have always had great service with Best Buy. The best thing about them they delive quicker than the competitors.

A very nice dishwasher, but I don't like the fact that it is mandatory to use a rinse solution. If you don't use it, the dishwasher stays wet inside. Even after the drying cycle.

The dishwasher works great but the directions to install were confusing and poorly written. No top, side, front, back etc. and the final clip installation to secure the dishwasher impossible to figure out. By the way, I have installed 3 previous dishwashers and none of those installations were difficult. They need someone who knows how to write better install directions.

Seems to be of good quality but I am not an engineer or dishwasher expert. I had I purchased a Whirpool dishwasher in 1993 from Best Buy and it was still going strong when we sold our home 27 years later. One thing I can say so far is that this dishwasher is very, very quite. also has more room on the inside than our other Whirlpool.
