Each grill has four separately controlled Infinity burners with up to 20,000 BTUs each. These burners are ignited with separate flamethrower ignition for improved reliability.
Integrated Wind Guard
While other grills have this available as an accessory, the Coyote SL-Series grill provides this wind guard standard to help reduce cooking challenges during windy conditions
Double-walled Canopy
The Canopy of the hood is made of 304 stainless steel with an inner and outer wall. The air gap between the walls helps insulate the canopy keeping heat in the grill and the hood cooler to the touch.
Interior Lighting
Two Halogen lights illuminate the cooking surface making it easier to grill at any time of the day
Thermocouple Safety Valves
The SL-Series grill comes with Thermocouple activated safety valves that sense if the burner is ignited and automatically shuts the gas if the flame is extinguished. This helps keep dangerous gases from accidentally collecting.
Easy Lift Hood
The SL-Series grill is equipped with springs on the canopy to make it easier to lift when opening.
Heat Zone Separators
Heat Zone Separators are used to better isolate each cooking zone to improve control of the temperatures in each grilling area.
Volcanic Stone Briquettes
The volcanic stone briquettes enhance the grilling experience by retaining heat longer, helping to create a more consistent cook while infusing a smoky flavor by vaporizing drippings back into your food
Multicolor Backlit Knobs
The burner knobs are backlit for better visibility day or night. The SL-Series is backlit in white light when the grill is not lit. When turned to high, the color of the light changes to red. As the heat is reduced, the shade of the light slowly changes from red to orange helping the user to visually see the intensity of burner.
Interchangeable Sear Burner
The SL-Series comes with a 15K BTU sear burner for high-heat precision which is perfect for searing juicy, flavorful meats with intense heat.. The Sear and Infinity burners are interchangeable letting you grill your way—whether you’re locking in bold flavors or cooking at a steady pace.
