I can't be more pleased with this CD player/stereo unit! I am no audio expert, but I think that the sound is fantastic! It fills my living area (which is on the smaller side) and I can clearly hear all kinds of different sounds, details, adjust the base, etc. Another plus is that I have it inside a sideboard with caning doors and the remote accesses it with the door closed! How great is that! Totally unexpected. So I can turn the unit on from my chair using the remote and then switch to my iphone/Spotify for a seamless listening experience. I have a small but precious set of CDs of mostly obscure music that I always want to be able to hear, so this unit meets that need perfectly. But i find that I mostly use the Bluetooth option and Spotify as explained above. With a very modest investment, music is back in my life! Highly recommend!

This is the second time that I've purchased this microwave because the first one the push button handle release for the door stopped working. Got tired of pulling open the door while pushing the button. So I bought the same thing again but this time with a four-year plan extended warranty

Very pleased with the upgrade to work with my Samsung OLED TV with Bose Soundbar. Good decision to upgrade to Bose, also added the Bose Subwoofer and Surround Sound speakers. Worth every penny.

The Geek Squad Agent configured and tested our home theater (Samsung TV and Samsung sound bar with sub woofer). When a problem was discovered by the agent, he advised of the repair process. Ultimately, a replacement sound bar was necessary and included with my Geek Squad Protection Plan. I always purchase a protection plan because it is excellent insurance for technology.

I love the 4-year geek squad warranty. it lets me know that if the item stops working from "natural causes" I can bring it in for store credit to replace the item. It give me reassurance and peace of mind that keeps me as a loyal customer of Best Buy

Purchased as an additional layer of insurance. I've had nothing but great service from Best Buy when I've had bad luck with products and needed to use this service for replacement in the past. Definitely worth every penny as manufactured products (especially those from China) are just not as durable as what we could have expected in the past.
